Received my ABX bench the bench looks amazing. Very high-quality great build had a couple issues contacted freak athlete. They resolved them within minutes. I’m very happy and satisfied great company.

The lead times were a bit long, but I made a mistake with the shipping address and they solved it almost immediately on a Sunday evening.

I now own the Hyper Pro, ABX, and FA Kettlebell. Freak Athlete is changing my workouts. My ABX is solid, easy to maneuver, easy to store, and I have no hesitation at all recommending it to anyone. The kettlebell is great. It’s so easy to tweak weight during your workout and it’s just two kettlebells all the way up to 70 pounds. Something that is huge when you get your products from freak athlete is how organized and easy the assembly process is. Every step has hardware separately leveled, the size of the hardware is consistent so there’s not a lot of changing tools, and the videos are simple and clear for each step. My bicep attachment sold out and was delayed. Customer service figured it out for me in hours and were very pleasant to work with, like a friend would be. This is a great company that cares about its Freak Athlete community of customers.

I bought a HyperPro, but was disappointed in the way stuff fit together (very hard to change stuff around and change pads and stuff, just doesn’t go together very well, I often had to wiggle stuff for 1-5 minutes to get it to fit). And then I tried to return it within 30 days of receiving the complete HyperPro with all the accessories I had ordered, and they refused to honor their return policy. They offered to only return the accessories that came last. I ordered everything as one package. Very scummy company.

Had an issue with my new Freak Athlete about 6 months after receiving it. Was provided some excellent advice on how to remedy it, but unfortunately a replacement part had to be ordered and shipped (it’s en route). The customer service is EXACTLY what I would expect and hope it to be. This experience has GREATLY increased the likelihood of another purchase from this company.
