Needed to cancel an order I made to the wrong debit card and they took care of it immediately with no hassle or questions asked.

I was missing the Allen head set screw for step 8. I contacted customer support via email. I received a quick response, but unfortunately the representative did not have the technical information necessary and told me they would get with engineering to get me the exact screw specs, so I could purchase one quickly. I received an email the very next day with the spec, M6 16. I appreciated the quick responses, the accuracy of info and the professionalism of the representative. They did offer to send me a replacement screw on my initial call and offered to reimburse me for the screw I purchased. Hard to find that kind of support when you have issues with products these days and am happy to see that these guys are an exception.

Very well built machine but had a minor issue with the ankle holder which needed to be replaced. Customer support responded within hours and had my replacement part shipped out shortly after. Very appreciative!

UPS only delivered two other three packages. I’ve contacted for athlete through their customer service email and was provided with an immediate response within 24 hours. Although the fail delivery was not on free athlete, they immediately provide a resolve and proceeded to do everything they could to resolve the issue without complaint. 100% will order from freak athlete again not only but do they have quality products but excellent customer service.

I purchased the hyper pro last week and couldn't be more satisfied with the customer experience. Apart from the machine showing up much sooner than I anticipated, the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The machine i received arrived with one of the tension bolts on the ankle roller not working properly. I reached out to the team with a couple of photos, and they were able to overnight me a new ankle roller no questions asked. They even went so far as to help me out with something I had misunderstood about the ordering process when I originally purchased the machine. Truly a 5 star experience!
