I received my shampoo and conditioner and tried it today it smells amazing and left my hair extensions feeling wonderful. I will be purchasing some more of your products pretty soon .thanks again .

The extensions weren’t looking as good as I thought. Not as smooth, fine hair sticking out the whole length. Milk + Blush is definitely better.

i love this brand, this will be my 3rd purchase from them! WOULDNT go anywhere else, hair in amazing quality so soft and glossy, colour match is very easy to do. Get so many compliments on my hair and told it looks like my own hair!

Really upset did not receive my order after it was signed for by Royal Mail themselves and left and wanted a replacement or refund told to wait 28 days was happy to do so then told that nothing they can do after the 28 days really upset lost my money !!!!!! Feels really wrong will not use again and do not advise! Go elsewhere and hope this happens to no one else!

Sono non pessimi, ma peggio del peggio!! Le avevo ordinato l'anno scorso ad agosto, perché loro mi hanno detto che arrivano in 2 settimane!! Così non è stato...li ho contattato diverse volte e loro mi hanno detto che mi rimborseranno appena le arriva indietro il pacco...ad oggi risulta che il pacco li è tornato indietro a gennaio, 7...ma loro dicono che non è vero!! Chiamo numero verde e mi dicono che sono loro a dover contattare la dogana per risolvere il problema, ma non si muovono!! Sono 200 euro che perdo!! Cretini che non sono altri!! Non comprate...non comprate mai!!

Extensions were great quality and came with a free gift, however did not match my hair colour. Refund was sorted quickly and with great customer service

Usually foxy locks are my go to place for clip in hair extensions for myself. As I am fitting others hair extensions I usually don’t have time to do my own but I’ve been ill for a while and thought I’d treat myself and do tape ins.i selected medium hair which said 3-4 packs of 20 pieces price £247. this price I normally pay for the clip ins which give me a full head of hair. they arrived today and I can say I’ve never felt more let down! I received a tiny box with 20 pieces of hair and I’d paid £247!! As I buy hair on the regular I know that this price for 20 bits of hair is extortionate!! For years I have recommended this company to everyone and I’ve been a very loyal customer but after receiving todays order I contacted customer service to see where the rest of the hair was and I was informed I’d have to order more hair and the price is £247 for 20 pieces of hair! So say you need 60 for a full head, that’s £741 and that’s before you would pay someone to fit them!! Lucky I can do my own but not for that price!!! Off to the post office to return immediately!!

I’m really disappointed in the lack of customer service. There has been an order processing through Klarna for £166.50 which affects the total I owe. After speaking with Klarna customer service they explained it’s the merchant that needs to cancel this and remove it. This has been on my Klarna account since 2020. I’ve emailed customer support on Monday with screenshots from my Klarna chat and still haven’t had a response from Foxylocks customer service. I would appreciate if someone to assist me with this as this is affecting my credit score too.

They sent missing wefts and accused me of lying. If I was satisfied with my purchase, why would I lie and say there were wefts missing? I will not purchase from them again and stick with glam seamless. The invisible wefts I did receive stick out when on top of the head also. I would avoid them at all costs!

Ho ordinato l’extension a dicembre,ora siamo a febbraio e ancora non mi è arrivato nessun pacco,chiamo poste italiane una volta a settimana dove mi riferiscono che i tempi di sdoganamento sono lunghi e che prima o poi si sbloccherà…chissà quando…

Très déçu par cette expérience d'achat. J'ai commandé des extensions qui m'ont coûté plus de 400 €, et à leur arrivée, elles étaient en mauvais état. Non seulement la qualité ne correspondait pas à mes attentes, mais en plus, j'ai dû payer des frais supplémentaires pour les récupérer, ce qui a encore augmenté le prix. Le service client ne m'a pas offert de solution satisfaisante. Je ne recommande pas ce fournisseur.

My favourite extensions by far! They are thick and such great quality. Easy to clip in and do not cause any damage to natural hair. I have order two times in the past 4 years and just ordered my third!

Des années que je commande sur ce site mais très déçu des délai : pré commande passé le 12 janvier affiché entre 2 à 3 semaines de disponibilité. Ça fais 1 mois et toujours aucune nouvelle ni expédition en cours, pas même un mail pour prévenir du retard

How dare foxy locks say my review is fake. Not as fake as their hair extensions.
Hundreds of pounds taken of me for hair extensions that were of the lowest quality.
Are they aware that trustpiolt took my review of and I then had to go through all my bank history to see when I purchased the hair extension to allow a review.
Of course they are as they date I provided here would come up on their system.
Think it's also quite dodgy that this site I once trusted but do not any more asked for proof of the hair extensions purchase.
Oh yes I just randomly wright reviews about hair extensions I know nothing about. Ridiculous I should go further with this as I said it cost me hundreds

I ordered my beautiful foxy locks 2 days ago and they arrived today!! The quality of the hair is the best I have purchased yet and they are absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing from foxy locks to definitely do so. They arrived in a beautiful box also with a sample piece included. The customer service alone is a 10/10. I am extremely happy with my order! 😁
