they won’t let you return a damaged package that was two weeks late and they give you the complete runaround in the emails. the customer service is horrible and rude and they don’t care about the customers. this is the second time this has happened with this crappy company. buy from bellami or luxy if your in the states much better customer service and better quality hair. josie from customer service has a horrible attitude. i’ve never seen a company that doesn’t accept any kind of returns that are damaged. read the reviews you’ll see for yourself plus my hairdresser said the hair is partially synthetic last time i ordered before this .

I placed an order and had mistakenly overlooked the fine print stating it could take 2–3 weeks for delivery. I reached out to Brigit in customer service, and she responded immediately with a solution, offering an alternative colour that could be delivered within two days. AVOID this place at all costs it's the worst company I've ever ordered anything from as previously reviews state they lie about pre order showing on website when you pay IT DOESN'T until after the fact. Your paying a massive amount for hair to be treated like an idiot then they say 2-3 weeks that isn't the case as people as state I've been waiting longer and been told it could be longer apparently they can't check how long and the staff don't have a clue what they are doing ill never order from here again hickenbick is so much better with better customer service.

They sell items that are pre-order but it doesn’t state pre-order at the time of purchase (screenshots taken as evidence this time as this is the second time it has happened to me).

After you paid they tell you they can’t even guarantee that it will arrive in 3 weeks time! This has happened to me TWICE now. They tell you it stated pre-order when you paid for it but it DEFINITELY did not. Suddenly after paying it is listed as pre-order. This is not fair on customers, especially if you’ve paid next day delivery but you will end up waiting several weeks!!!!

Niveau durabilité, ce sont les meilleures extensions à clips que j'ai pu trouver devant de grandes marques connues mais ce n'est pas parfait et surtout beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité.
J'avais les extensions à clips en 26 pouces de couleur noisette.
Pour un usage quasi quotidien et beaucoup de soins, sur 2 commandes passées, les cheveux ne me duraient en moyenne que 6 mois. Je trouve le prix (+ de 600€ avec les frais de douane vers la France) beaucoup trop élevé pour ce que c'est.
Lorsqu'on les reçoit, les cheveux sont doux et soyeux mais s'affinent très vite et deviennent rêches lors des premiers shampoings, les pointes se cassent donc les longueurs se raccourcissent, je pense qu'en 3 mois j'avais déjà perdu 10 cm. Ils s'emmêlent également très rapidement et deviennent très secs et poreux, ce qui les fragilise encore plus lors du démêlage.
J'utilisais pourtant des produits sans sulfate, sans alcool, une brosse adaptée et faisais des coiffures protectrices.
J'ai également remarqué qu'il y avait un mélange de cheveux "classiques" et de cheveux très foncés et très épais éparpillés dans mes mèches châtain clair. Je ne pense pas que ce soient des cheveux synthétiques mélangés aux Remy (j'espère) mais je pense qu'il y a un mélange de cheveux Remy de bonne qualité avec d'autres d'une qualité inférieure beaucoup plus traités chimiquement car j'avais remarqué qu'en décolorant une mèche à blanc, ces cheveux noirs et épais ne s'éclaircissaient pas ou alors très mal par rapport aux autres. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je vois ça dans les mèches, surtout chez des marques moins chères, mais en mettant le prix chez Foxy Locks je pensais au moins ne plus avoir ce problème, mais non.

I bought the hair perfume from this website. The bottle is made from cheap material, from the pictures, thought it would made of glass or hard plastic like acrylic. But it’s thin plastic and the bottle leaks everytime I use it.

This used to be my go-to company for extensions especially clip ins, I've referred them to so many friends and family. When I received my hair I knew straight away this wasn't the same quality I've received over the years. It was so taily at the ends and thin throughout. I messaged them and asked if they had changed their hair which they replied no. I can tell you now this hair has 100% changed. It has went so dry, i can't get my fingers through it and its all dead ends after wearing them a handful of times. This is with using their own shampoo and conditioner with a seperate heat protection spray. Don't waste your money.

Awful customer service. Did not receive my extensions, Royal Mail stated the gps tracking shows delivery around my area but could not confirm the address, signature not mine. Foxy locks were a complete waste of time helping resolve my issue and saw me go without after paying £200! Not even a replacement. Avoid at all costs may as well burn your money!

Pre ordered some classic clip in extensions, with a wait time of 2-3 weeks. Eventually after a lot of chasing up for updates they arrived after 2 and a half months. Various excuses were given for the delay, a different excuse every time I queried. When the hair arrived its poor quality and not what I’d expect from a professional extension company. Will never order again and not recommend.

Have bought some tape ins from this company, ive had the clip in ones before... the tape ins are £195 for only a 50g bundle...I bought the 16". I couldn't believe it when it came i would have needed to buy 3 of these considering you use 2 tapes per piece nearly £600?? I sent them back anyway... covered the return postage myself and they refunded me minus a £2.99 fee! Upon asking why they said you got free postage when you ordered these so we charged you £2.99 because you returned! Wait what? I p)have to pay you £2.99 when I bought them on free postage listed? I've never know anyone charge back the original postage cost ESPECIALLY when it was free postage anyway. Beware of this people. Very disappointing!

I gave them two stars because the customer service has been mostly good. I am getting married and I asked them to recommend me which hair to get and provided photos of the hair style. They recommended I get - Invisible 20" Deluxe Clip In Remy Human Hair Extensions 200g which cost almost £300. I thought its my wedding so I will pay for them. I ordered them and it said delivery in 48 hours to then get an email saying they will be here 2/3 weeks. I reached out to the customer service team and advised again as these are for my wedding to update me if there is going to be a delay which they advised they would. We are now on the 4th week and unfortunately I can't wait for them and have to source somewhere else which has been a lot of time wasted for no reason. I have been refunded so that is good but I would recommend if you need this before 4 weeks or longer do not order as I am on 4 weeks and they can't even give me an update to when they will get them

DPD me l'ont confirmé lorsque je les ai appelé! CA FAIT 40 JOURS QUE J'AI COMMANDÉ cest du pas sérieux UN CONSEIL NE COMMANDEZ JAMAIS CHEZ EUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ESCROCS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Voilà mon expérience pire expérience
Maintenant je voudrais juste qu'on me rembourse mais je n'ai seulement l'option retour.. Hors je ne peux pas faire de retour sur un truc que je n'ai jamais reçu.

Foxy locks went downhill it's thinner then it was tangles so badly. and honestly I don't believe it's 100% human hair... for the price the quality does not add up anymore I bought 5 times and this will be my last time for sure

First time trying this company having used many others for years - being a professionally hair stylist and hair installation specialist for over 20 years - I have both tried and installed them all from clip-ins to stitch wefts and everything in between!! I can honestly say that the quality the quality of this hair is phenomenal. I bought the
‘ELEGANT-BROWN BLACK-14 inch Brown Black - Seamless Clip In Remy Human Hair Extensions’
and have a ponytail in brown black - on pre order so looking forward to its arrival. The top of the weft is so neatly wrapped in silicone that the weft is truly seamless. The length is true to measurement and the hair itself is smooth / silky - it blow- dried / curled beautifully. And also the heatless rod works wonders on it too. Either way the quality and colour match is fab. Customer service and consultation is an added bonus - Josie was super friendly and helpful in getting my order and next day delivery sorted alongside an in-depth hair consultation. She is a credit to the business! The packaging is also lovely. I would say - do double check that your items are not on pre-order if you want them ASAP because they will take longer to arrive. (It will say under the item but other than that all good. Also be sure to read the returns info as there are some important t’s and c’s. I think I might be using Foxy Locks for many moons to come! The hair is silky and perfection when it is new however after a short period of time through wearing weather etc the hair expands becomes thicker frizzy not silky smooth like when new

The silver fox colour is not silver has a lot of warmth and when you try and colour/tone them it grabs to certain bits and other bits won’t tone totally wasted my money

these are the best extensions i have owned , they are so soft and silky and the colour matched me perfectly, i wear them for 12 hours + a day and i have little to no knots which is amazing compared to clip hair. they were pricey but so worth the money as they look so amazing and make me feel amazing. i wouldn’t buy anywhere else now. i wish the box they came in was bigger and longer so id have a good place to store them but i still think they are my best purchase of the year so far
