My first time buying a ponytail from foxylocks and I love it ! thank you so much ❤️

I've used Foxy locks for 10-12years. The hair is amazing quality. It doesn't shed, the hair feels so, so soft and comes looking and feeling silky and shiny- very beautiful. The packaging is also lovely so arrives brilliantly presented. I've dyed these extensions many, many times and they always take wonderfully so they really are top tier and well worth the money.

I’ve been buying since 2021, never had any issues. The hair is amazing quality. I purchased a hanger for my ponytail extensions & a protective bag which is so useful to transport when I’m going away.

I purchased clip-in hair extensions from Foxy Locks and had them professionally installed as an LA weave. Despite paying for professional fitting and a haircut to blend the extensions, the quality of the hair is shockingly poor. The extensions do not hold a curl, fall flat within an hour (even with hairspray), and tangle easily—making me seriously doubt they are 100% human hair as advertised.

When I contacted their customer service to raise my concerns, I was met with dismissive responses. They repeatedly focused on the fact that I had the extensions installed as a weave, which apparently voids any refund or replacement—even though this has no bearing on the quality of the hair itself. This “terms and conditions” loophole seems to be their way of avoiding accountability for selling substandard products.

What’s more concerning is that they never suggested performing a strand test to confirm whether the hair is real, authentic, or a blend of synthetic fibers—something that could easily prove my concerns. This lack of action makes me suspect the extensions may not be 100% human hair, despite their claims. For a product that was supposedly priced at £500 before a sale, this is deeply disappointing.

I’ve been using hair extensions for over 15 years and can confidently say that these are the worst I’ve ever purchased. Despite requesting escalation, the issue was not resolved, and the vague offer of “advice” if I provided photos felt like a way to placate rather than help.

If you’re considering buying from Foxy Locks, think twice. They sell products that don’t match the description, dismiss legitimate complaints, and fail to take accountability. Don’t waste your money here.

J'ai écris au service client qui n'en a rien à faire !!!

Je dois partir moi même à la recherche de ma commande pour espérer la retrouver et ne pas perdre mes 277€.

J'avais déjà commandé sur ce site il y'a de nombreuses années cela s'était bien passé mais je ne recommanderai plus jamais et je vous déconseille de le faire sauf si vous avez 300€ à perdre dans l'ignorance totale du site internet.

Aucune considération pour ses clients. Un scandale.

I wrote a review previously and would like to emphasise it, as now I have an update after engaging with their customer service team.

I really wanted to love this product, but the quality was a huge letdown. Despite following all the care instructions—no heat, using their branded hair oil, and the recommended shampoo and conditioner—the hair went incredibly frizzy after just three weeks. By the fourth week, it was completely unusable. I asked a couple of professionals and they both confirmed it's just a blend of synthetic fibers.

It’s a shame because the hair was expensive, and I really thought I was investing in something premium. I now feel like I’ve been scammed on the quality, especially when the same money could have gotten me hair from a local braiding shop that would last just as long—if not longer.

When I raised this issue with their customer service, it was completely ignored.

Eventually, Josie from their team claimed, "our outlet hair is lower quality.'

This completely contradicts what I was told on their live chat prior to purchasing, where I was assured that the outlet hair would be the same quality.

This just goes to show that the site is deceptive—selling cheap hair and trying to dress it up as premium.

The discount prices are still overpriced for the quality they offer, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their money here.

Save yourself the disappointment and buy hair from a local braiding shop. You’ll get the same (if not better) quality for a fraction of the price.

J’ai passé commande le 14 novembre quelques temps après je reçois un mail me demandant de payer les frais de douane de 45€ en plus des extensions! J’ai refusé la livraison et j’ai la preuves par mail. On est le 20 janvier et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé alors que j’ai payé avec paypal j’ai ouvert un litige et ils ont osé dire Foxylocks que j’ai reçu la commande alors que j’ai toutes les preuves du contraire, mon refus de payer les frais de douane et les échanges de mail avec eux qui me disent qu’ils me rembourseront mais ils le font pas, du coup paypal me dit qu’ils ont fermé mon dossier sans preuve!!! À fuir !! Si vous voulez pas payer comme moi des frais de douane exorbitants je vous déconseille de commander sur ce site. Car ils ne vous rembourseront jamais !! Vu le prix des extensions ça fait bien c… mais ça va pas en rester là car je vais de ce pas porter plaintes et signaler le site immédiatement comme une arnaque!!

Every time I order a pair of extensions from foxy locks, they last me at least 2 years. They're soft, thick and shiny. I style them all different types of ways. I haven't received this order yet, however I have ordered at least 5 pairs from foxylocks over the years and I am familiar with the quality of the extensions, I'm excited to get these in the mail and I'm hoping the quality is the same or even better if possible

Je suis énormément déçu, déjà, j’ai payé les Extension super cher, plus de 290 € à la grande surprise. J’ai reçu 88 € de frais de douane, si je ne le payais pas, les Extension allait être retournés et le temps de remboursement est très long, franchement je ne recommanderais pas sur ce site, malgré que les Extension soient de bonne qualité, j’ai toujours recommandé Extension là-bas, mais 88 € de frais de douane, faut pas abuser.

Customer service from Josie was honestly the best customer service. I had an issue in that I didn't realise I had placed an invisible extensions pre-order. I needed the extensions on time and Josie was so prompt with the replies and was able to amend my order and I got my extensions the very next day. I've been using foxy locks for years and absolutely love them. Always the best quality. Haven't worn the new ones yet but I'm so excited to.

I had been wanting some foxy locks extensions since I was 14 watching Imogen on YouTube!!! I ordered a pair for next day delivery ready for a surprise trip my boyfriend was taking me on. However, there was a technical issue that meant my order wasn’t dispatched for a couple of days. Tegan was so helpful and personally saw to the dispatch of my order so I got them in time. And I’m so grateful that she did as my boyfriend proposed whilst we were away! So I had incredible hair for the photos!

Avoid pre order items, unless you're prepared to wait for weeks to receive them.
After several exchange of emails and assurances that the extensions were imminently due to arrive; no joy.
Today eventually, three months later it turns up £90 for one weave strip!
Certainly not value for money and appalling customer service!
I would not recommend.

Judging by other customers experience re complaints, I'm pretty sure this review will be archived by the company, or receive a generated reply.
I would however, remind those responsible of their duty under the sale of goods act.

Mon commentaire a du être effacé, mais je suis très décue des Foxy. J'ai pris les platinum blonde seamless en 160g, elles s'emmêlent beaucoup après une semaine, dès que je les enleve elles font des noeuds. C'est un enfer. La qualité n'est pas au rendez vous et pourtant j'ai utilisé Foxy pendant des années avant, avant de passer chez Glam time et Luxy hair, j'ai voulu reprendre des Foxy suite a une promo, et je ne recommanderai plus. Certes, celles de Luxy sont plus chères mais elles tiennent 6 mois.

Ordered extensions from their website with next day delivery for invisible extensions.. unfortunately the order didn’t arrive and I contacted them for them to tell me it is a pre order item. I checked the website and in VERY small writing on the photo of the product it states “pre order” on a very small box on the image of the extensions. Cancelled the order as I asked why they allow next day delivery for a pre ordered item that isn’t very well advertised. Clip hair have much cheaper and just as good quality extensions for almost half the price! Excited to receive them tomorrow instead, oh and to add I now have to wait a whole week for a refund
