I have bought from this company three times and there products are the best!

Bought the Platinum shampoo and conditioner it’s brilliant!!! No purple/blue highlights or sheen on my bleached blonde hair just a beautiful creamy white colour I love it. And the price I got it for too!! You got a new customer Foxy Locks! Best purple shampoo I’ve ever tried and I’ve had many!

Got this hair recently 3 days ago already falling out,taps in glue does not stick to hair propley do not recommend not used heat products eg straight come as come out.

I ordered a 12 inch clip in pony tail. The first colour I ordered came in at the estimated delivery time which was several weeks. This was ok as I was made aware of this. However when it arrived the colour was slightly off. The hair was very thick and soft but it's quite heavy. However I liked it enough to try another colour. The team were helpful at suggesting a colour match but all relevant swatches out of stock. I took a risk and ordered the sun kissed up on their suggestion. There was a lead time of 6 weeks maximum. Well three months later it still hadn't arrived. I wanted this for my wedding but it didn't arrive. Everytime I emailed they said they were hoping it would come in 2 weeks. However this timeframe always passed. Over all I would not recommend unless the product is in stock. You'll potentially be waiting for months. Very disappointing.

Le migliori extention in commercio!!!!! Meravigliose!!!! Consiglio caldamente l'acquisto! Ovvio che arrivando dall'Inghilterra bisogna affidarsi al servizio DHL che monitora il pacco anche in dogana. Commande toujours pas partie, cela fait un mois qu’on me répète les mêmes choses, toujours des problèmes de fournisseurs comme le disent les personnes des avis précédents, la marque perd sa crédibilité au fil des années dommage

À fuir, j’ai commandé mes extensions il y a deux mois et toujours rien. J’envoie à de nombreuses reprises un mail pour savoir où est ma commande. Ils remettent la faute sur le fournisseur. Chaque semaine on me dit que ma commande doit être expédiée et ce n’est pas le cas.

Big Scam dont order there . It was nice few years ago, but now they just still your money and your nerf. I did order 2 pairs, and only one arrived after almost 2 months, and also after i was chasing them several time. Soon the extention arrived, it was not even fitting the tour of my head. They are super small half of the normal size. Very disappointed to had spend 200 euro there for nothing. Better go with the competition spend no more than 50euro and having everything in 3 days and normal size.

i have been using this company since 2016 and have always loved the quality and durability of the extensions. i pretty much wear them everyday and order new sets every 6-8 months. i would never go elsewhere as i know they colour match perfectly with my own hair and i even had my friends switching to foxy locks as i highly recommended them. i have pre-ordered in the past so i know how long i am expected to wait for fresh hair, usually would be 1-2week max - no issues. however on this occasion, i am disappointed! i ordered clip in’s on 10th june and followed up with them to ensure they still have my order - they were then dispatched 11th july so that was around 4 weeks total. i then ordered the pony tail on 17th june - I AM STILL WAITING!! Disappointing after being a customer for 9 years. i had moved address within this time so reached out to customer service in the hopes they could change my delivery address. this was promptly changed so i cannot fault the customer service response. i just hope i am provided with an update soon and they remember to deliver to my new address. also, they do a lot of promo’s which encourages more customers to order (creating backlog) however i dont agree with advertising pre-orders for 2-3weeks when your customers have been waiting for 9 weeks. please change this timeframe to set expectations for your customers. as failure to do so will result with your loyal customers potentially taking their business elsewhere. i am considering pre ordering the clip in’s again just so i have a fresh set for 6 months time and don’t need to wait weeks upon end. this shouldn’t have to be the case!

Awful experience

Was waiting weeks for the item.

Took about 4 weeks to get the delivery upon arrival the hair item looks completely different ( I ordered latte blonde it barely has any dark tones might as well be platinum tone )

The volumiser is so expensive and does not blend in with my hair at all. It’s very thin and for the price I was expecting a lot better

First time using Foxy Locks and I’m really impressed. Orded 2 bottles of their tape in extension remover on the 11th, shipped out the same day and arrived today (13th) in nice and secure packaging and each bottle had its own individual box.

I’ll definitely be buying from this business again.

I ordered silver fox extensions and when they came I thought I'd been sent the wrong colour. A warm blonde was received not anything like the photos on the website. I have silver grey hair, these are no good. I put alot of effort into researching the best company before spending a small fortune on these and I'm disappointed.

The chat lady Josie has said I can refund but that they've made changes to the colour as it was too silver before!! This makes no sense and also false advertising. As there are so many blonde colours to choose from why on earth should the silver have to change? Surely it's apparent the colour is not a normal blonde.

Product was not clearly advertised as being on preorder otherwise I probably wouldn’t have purchased. Then having to wait 7 weeks for them to be delivered was extremely disappointing! Imogen please sort this issue out! I’ve ordered from Foxylocks for years and this is the first time I’ve been really disappointed with the wait time! I sourced other extensions while I was waiting for these to turn up and I will probably not return to buying Foxylocks in the future.

I have used this company for several years and always highly rated their hair extensions. However, after waiting near 4 weeks for delivery of my new set... I have been left more then disappointed. For what is usually exceptional quality hair, these extensiona have tangled after only a few uses and have gone incredibly dry and frizzy. I am well aware of the extension guidelines and have worn this brand in particular every day, for years with most sets lasting at least 6 months. I honestly don't see this set lasting more then a couple of months, the quality has certainly changed and with a much higher price tag to match. Unfortunately I think I will be looking to another brand going forward which is a real shame.

cheating customers... 48 hour delivery, meanwhile they make you wait 10 weeks.

i chose the company because my sister reccomended them , sadly it seems they’ve gone majorly downhill . the 2-3 wait times advertised when ordering is a blatant lie , i waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so asked for an update , long story short the 2-3 week wait has turned into 6 weeks and i don’t trust that that is even true , i purchased despite being pre order because there was 2 months before the event i needed the product for and assumed id have plenty of time , now ive got 2 weeks before the event and having to order elsewhere . i’ve heard that their products seem mixed with synthetic hair these days as well which doesn’t exactly go with their advertising remy human hair . awful company that clearly likes to blatantly lie and deceive their customers while being happy to take their money . i’ve cancelled the order and have decided to buy from clip hair as they are similar price and have much better reviews .

AVOID THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND WAIT WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES. I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I paid extra for next day delivery but THREE WEEKS LATER it is not here! It was NOT a pre order item before I paid for it as I took a screenshot before paying. Foxy Locks tried to lie and tell me it said preorder. I see that many others have given negative reviews of Foxy Locks and had the same terrible experience I have. Do not let them gaslight you into thinking it said PRE ORDER when it did not. This company is deceitful and can not be trusted. They just want your money and don’t care if you have to wait weeks for something that should have arrived the next day. They are a dishonest and selfish company who only care about getting the money.

Ordered extensions beginning of June ahead of time as I need them this month (August). On their website it says around 2-3 weeks till you get them. Ok wonderful! Not until you get the email confirmation do they tell you it could be sooner or a couple of weeks more. Ok fair enough. 4 weeks went by and I heard nothing… so I emailed. They got back to be quickly stating that it’ll be another couple of weeks and the manufacturer has told them it’s almost ready. I wait another 4 weeks and nothing. So I email again and they tell me basically exacting the same thing. Let’s just say I’ve cancelled my order and gone somewhere else. Their communication is good I have nothing bad to say about that all! However you should not advertise 2-3 weeks when it’s evidently going to be a lot more! More like 2-3 months or longer. I feel very happy that I’ve managed to source extensions elsewhere which I love just in time, but unless you buy from here and it stays the product you want is in stock, I would not bother. 2-3 weeks doesn’t mean a thing. I’ve now read a lot of people’s reviews saying the same thing. I would give one star but I’m giving 2 because they were fast at communicating with me and when I asked for a refund they set that in motion immediatly.

1 star given for the hair extensions because I have always used them and they are great quality and last me ages. But absolutely SHOCKING customer service. I ordered £450 worth of extensions, got told one of the items was out of stock and needs to be pre ordered (not an issue at all, these things happen), was offered for my order to be split, which I agreed to. Haven’t received the other item, 4 emails sent asking for an update on my order all of which have been ignored. Haven’t received the extensions which I ordered for next day delivery in time for the weekend. Would not recommend for customer service, which is annoying as I’ve been a long term customer because I love the extensions.
