I’ve used Foxy Locks for years and their quality is incredible - the shade range is fantastic too, I couldn’t recommend enough!

I ordered the hair to the EU. The streilizalon certificate was more than a year old and they can’t send newer. So it didn't get through customs. I had to send it back and foxylocks didn't refund me 35 £. The reason was shipping costs. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Hair arrived in Serbia very quickly. The quality is excellent, the brown color is the same as mine. I am buying for the second time and I just want to tell it is great. I was particularly pleased with the gift part in the special section as a sample.

I love the FoxyLocks clip ins and always use them! There is no other seamless set that works and feels as amazing and these do!

I ordered Latte 12” seamless clip ins, and after a few days I queried when I could expect my order to be dispatched as they stated delivery can take 2 weeks (not dispatching). I was told that the ESTIMATED dispatching date would only be 3 weeks after I ordered with an explanation that it would be shipped directly from their warehouse and because it is handmade it takes slightly longer. So even though they say it is in stock, it isn’t actually, and I believe they are falsely advertising their products to not disclose that they don’t actually have their products in stock or any real idea when it would become available.

I requested a cancellation and refund of my order, which was confirmed on 30 October 2025.
I still have not received my refund and it is now 9 business days later.

Please immediately provide communication regarding my refund which according to your emails is only supposed to take 7 business days

Foxy Locks gift box is lovely, I gave it to my daughter-in-law for her birthday, she loved it. The scent is beautiful in all the shampoo, the conditioner, the hair perfume and the shine spray. The hair brush is lovely too. I have also gifted my friend and my other daughter-in-law at Christmas with Foxy Locks gifts, they all love them. Beautiful black and gold refillable containers you don't want to throw away.

Beware if purchasing from the US!!!! You will pay an additional $200 for customs fees!!!!!!!! I have been purchasing foxy locks for over 15 years and never had to pay any fees when my product arrived to the US till now I got hit with a surprise $200 fee to pay or it wouldn’t be delivered! Don’t let the free shipping to US on the website fool you!!! I will be shopping within the US from now on!

Very disappointed to be writing this review, I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, on checkout I was informed my order was being shipped directly from warehouse and would be with me in 7 days, maximum 14 days. I received an email stating there had been a delay and it’s going to be dispatched 27th (yesterday), after receiving no dispatch email, I emailed foxy locks last night, to now be told my order should be with me in 2 weeks approximately 😩 I am absolutely gutted as I desperately need these hair extensions for a wedding I am bridesmaid at in 15 days time! If I had known that this order would be longer than 2 weeks then I would’ve ordered elsewhere. I have now had no option but to request a full refund as I’m going to order from another company who can offer me next day delivery.

I bought 3 pairs of eyelashes off this company for the first time as the place I usually buy them from was no longer . And they are amazing , I love them , they are perfect , I love that they are full and glamorous, everyone knows me for my lashes and have said how lovely they look and they were cheaper than my usual lashes so a bonus . What a fab company and I will definitely be buying from them again . Love love love

I have used foxylocks for some time now, and recently came back after an extensions hiatus as I had most of my hair cut off after brain surgery. As always the hair is still amazing, thick and natural, and the perfect colour blend. The team are always helpful and people never guess it isn't my hair!

Great hair extension company, quality of the hair extensions is really nice and reasonably priced. Found the customer service team amazing, was unsure which colour would match my hair and the team kindly review many photos for me and gave there suggestion- which was a perfect match! Will definitely be shopping with Foxy Locks in the future.

Very quick delivery of great products

Even though the wait was a bit long, the quality of the extensions is absolutely amazing! The oil is incredible, and the customer service is great — they reply quite quickly. Totally worth it!

Honestly horrendous. Please don’t waste your money, do some research and go elsewhere. I ordered from their website
‘Platinum blonde’ which was shown as a grey blonde on their website , in the description , reviews, TikTok videos and influencers. I had to wait 3 months for this product. They don’t tell you when it’s due to arrive, you have to ask and ask. I got told multiple different time frames. Bare this is mind if your wanting this soon! When it finally came it was yellow 😊 I’m not the first and won’t be the last bad review of not only the wait times but the colour. They’ve said every batch is different and that it’s the correct colour. Honestly do not bother and go elsewhere. A waste of time and money…
