Orders with extended dispatch windows are clearly listed at the time of purchase, and in rare cases can take longer depending on stock status. That said, we never want a customer to feel left without clarity.
When parcels are delayed, we work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve wherever possible. If a PayPal claim was opened, we always cooperate fully with their process and provide the relevant tracking and shipping confirmation.

If you haven’t received your order, we absolutely want to look into that properly for you. We would never ignore a customer asking for help, so if you feel that way, that’s not the experience we want you to have.
Sometimes when a parcel is marked as delivered or delayed, we do need to raise an investigation with the courier before a refund can be processed, but we will always follow that through.

Rubbish Service!
I sent many photos in outdoor and indoor light and got recommended a cappuccino. When received it was pure blond, no brown in it and mine is 70% brown shades.
I returned it and knew £3 would be deducted for returning. I waited and chased my refund for over three weeks. Eventually refunded and £6.50 was taken!! Foxy Locks charged their initial delivery which was “Free postage” PLUS my return. I messaged them but they said that was correct. Abysmal company. Never again!! I would never trust them again.

When customers send photos for shade advice, we always recommend based on the lighting and undertones visible in the images provided. However, screen settings and lighting can sometimes affect how a shade appears once received. That’s why we offer returns should the match not be quite right.

I placed an order for Latte 12” seamless clip-ins and reached out for updates a few days later, curious about when my order would be shipped. Although their policy mentions a 2-week delivery time, this actually doesn't include dispatch time. I was informed that my order would be sent out 3 weeks after purchase, as the item is handmade and shipped from their warehouse, causing some delay despite being listed as in stock. This has left me feeling like the product availability isn’t represented accurately.I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund, which they confirmed on October 30, 2025. However, it has now been 9 working days and I have yet to receive the refund. Please update me immediately regarding my refund, as your emails stated this process should only take 7 business days.

Do not buy their tapes
Do not buy their tapes - I’ve been wearing foxy locks clip ins since about 2018 and as I like the hair and colour match I decided I’ll trial their tapes (after wearing exclusively a different brand for the last 12-24 months or so which I’ve never had a problem with)
I placed an order for 2 packs of 14” tape extensions a couple of weeks ago. I used the same (very good) stylist to install, I don't think I've ever lost a single tape with my previous supplier of tapes (with the same stylist),
First wash after foxy locks tapes: I lost 4.
Second wash: I've lost another 4. That's 8 bonds fallen out of my head whilst washing within 11 days of wear.
It cannot be anything that I've done, I sleep on a satin pillow, I use silicone/sulfate free extension friendly shampoo and conditioner and SO careful when washing to not have any conditioner touch the tapes and barely touch them as I'm washing, just the hair around them gently, I waited 48+ hours after them being put in. I didn't gym or sweat (I imagine) in that first 48 hours (it's 0 degrees). I'm really really unhappy.
Having gone to get the remaining removed we were feeling the tapes after stylist taking them out and she was like surely not…they’re literally no more sticky than sellotape? It was harder work getting my last head of tapes out after nearly 3 months of wear.
Having previously recommended foxy locks profusely as I genuinely think they’ve got one of the best clip in ranges on the market and a keen customer since 2018, I’m genuinely really disheartened to see they’ve basically told me to suck it up and there’s nothing they’re willing to do. That’s £260 + the cost of installation and removal that I’ve basically just lost. Thought the company was better than that.

Significant bond loss within sucha a short time is not representative of how our tape extensions perform. Our adhesive is professionally graded and has been used successfully by thousands of customers and stylists over many years, including repeat wearers who retain their tapes for the expected duration.
When premature slipping occurs, it is almost always related to preparation of the natural hair, installation technique, product contact at the root, or natural scalp oil levels. Tape adhesion is highly dependent on these variables.
We stand behind the quality of our tapes and would be more than willing to review your case properly if you provide your order details and supporting information.
