Responsive email aftercare support and really useful device which helped save me money on repairs at the garage

A very helpful company. I bought the NT530 Plus and there was a bit of a learning curve for me. Foxwelldiag helped me get to grips with things over the course of a few days showing knowledge, professionalism and a good deal of patience with some of my noob questions. Very happy.

It was very easy to add another car manufacturer to my NT710. Customer support was prompt, and now I can see all of the 27 DTC's on my car as opposed to the 2 codes shown on a generic OBD2 reader.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my scanner and sent it back, they allowed me to just pay the difference and get a different model. They were extremely helpful a d very responsive. I highly recommend them.

Inquired about doing some coding with my NT710 that I purchased directly from their website about 1 year ago as I was not sure if it was capable. Contacted them via the chat on their website. Annie was quick at getting back with me with an answer and an explanation of the procedure to accomplish what I was looking to do. We found an issue with the language (not translating to english from German) deep within the coding menu and Annie was quick to translate and guide me through the rest of it. She also noted they have recorded the issue and will work to resolve it in the next software release.

Very happy with the support and product capability to perform the coding I was looking to acheive.

purchased this product for electronic parking brake service on my cars. it stated it does perform that service, Auto vin number did not work, entered it manually and it only offered and option for 2017-2021 for my 2022 Tucson. I tried both options it gave me for brake service, and both produced a screen of failure. I tried to update the software on my new unit and after completion tried it again and both times said failure. so would not provide the EPB service it stated it would and have not heard back from the manufacture as of yet. I purchased it from the manufacture rather than a 3rd party hoping for better customer service and or returns still waiting.

fantastic service from a reliable manufacturer and I have little knowledge but they talked me through all I needed to know I was well happy withe outcome

Great product, quick shipping

Excellent support, I had a problem that was caused by my PC when I tried to do an update and Annie supported me throughout the resolution with detailed emails of things to try. I ended up having to buy a new MicroSD card ( because my computer was corrupting them ), and borrow my Sons PC to complete an update. Device is all working fine again

Let me star out with how I purchased my Foxwell scanner. First mistake, I purchased the scanner form a third party rather than from the Foxwell website. As a result my second mistake was to purchase software that I didn't need to. At this point I had no real idea of what I had and didn't have.
To help me with all of this I contacted the Foxwell support team and had the pleasure of working with Annie.
She was able to help me understand my scanner and what it did and didn't come with. Annie helped me with the software issue I had when I purchased software that I didn't need to. Every time I had a question she had an answer, every time there was a problem, Annie had a solution, plus her responses were always quick, never later than the next day. Once every thing was sorted out Annie helped me get the scanner set up and running.
Now my scanner is fully operational and ready to go thanks to the efforts of Annie and the support team behind her.

Initially was confused that the NT510 elite I purchased only read standard ODB codes, before connecting it to WiFi, and following the activation steps to get the Landrover specific setup installed -- after that, could access all the cars modules and data; was able to read a historic steering angle sensor code, which lead me to find the steering angle sensor being 15.8deg off when centered! Recalibrated, and all working great now- saved money instead of taking it to the garage, and have a diagnostic tool for life too. Win-win

i made a purchase for a foxwell scanner, at checkout full price $385.99 and i made an error on shipping address. there is no way to correct address, call credit card co. to cancel as thay do not answer at foxwell, and found thay had charged me $565.99 ??? so red flags here.. there is a small print after purchasing, thay will not change any shipping errors, and no refunds if you do not get the product. so i cancelled my card, as told this will stop the payment. i will not recommend them to my worst enemy to by anything from this company, BYER BEAWEAR..
