A gem of a jewellers!
Although I have lived in Thornbury for a long time I didn’t know Foxhills existed! However last weekend my watch stopped working, so I immediately popped to Lees Mend a Shoe for a new watch battery but he was closed. I quickly ran round to Gems jewellery who were also closed! It wasn’t even 3.30pm. I did a quick google search to find the details of Foxhills, called them to see if they repaired watches. A young lady answered the phone and was so helpful and said they could help. I popped in, and the lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and repaired my watch for me. It was a reasonable price. Whilst I was there I couldn’t help but look at the beautiful jewellery on show! A great little shop thank you!

I had been looking online
I had been looking online, for some time, for a Tiffany's bangle as a gift for my sister in law, when I came across Foxhills. I had a few questions regarding a particular piece that interested me, and they answered my queries instantly. Once I'd decided to make the purchase, I recieved the bangle within 2 days. I found the communication, staff and service of an extremely high standard. Would highly recommend.

terrible please avoid
terrible please avoid. i purchased from their online store an item for £1800. To be told after the money had been sent via a valid "Shop"purchase and funds taken immediately from my bank account, that they would not accept over £1k and they would issue a refund. A week later i am still waiting the refund to be returned to my bank account and they cancelled the transaction so I have neither goods nor money. honestly, what retailer who advertises and has an online portal via "SHOP" then subsequently cancels transactions because " a client could use chargeback"!!! if you don't like the method then don't offer it to clients.... stop these problems at source please.

During the online chat you had with a colleague prior to purchase, they had requested payment via BACS due to the high value item you were attempting to purchase however it seems you were already in the process of making the payment before you received the message.
Like many other similar businesses, we have been subjected to fraudulent transactions and financial losses and because of this (which we are not protected against), we have been forced to make changes to the way we handle larger transactions to protect our business.
A refund was initiated by us immediately after you made the payment however as you know the merchant centres take time to process this.
We have maintained contact with you during this period and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Second time purchasing from Fox’s
Second time purchasing from Fox’s, this time we bought 3 Tiffany bracelets, although the service is excellent and very speedy we also thought it would have been a good gesture when we asked for a better price.
That said I won’t stop me using them again!
I’m already ready keeping a look out for something!
