I could not believe how quick my order went through. Company was very informative, all the way, and really nice.
Would happily use them again 100%.

If I could give this company zero stars I would do. I ordered a watch on the 19/02/26 and was informed it was on back order, however I would receive this purchase on the 28/03/26. Still hadn’t received it by this date. Got in touch and spoke with Ken from marketing he advised the watch would be dispatched on the 09/04/26. To this day still haven’t received my product. This was for a 50th special birthday present and I have now had to take no option but to request a refund.
Due to no update given for the refund my banking app/card was blocked due to like most people liking to keep my online banking secure from scammers/fraudsters. Watches and Crystals refunded £179.00 however my banking app didn’t accept this payment and declined. My bank advised the merchant would need to create a new payment and reattempt. I have been in touch again with Ken from marketing to be told I have to wait patiently and there’s nothing they can do at the moment. I then emailed watches and crystals and received another email saying I was abusive to staff and asked again to wait patiently. I have all emails and they simply do not like the fact I want my money back. I am still waiting for the refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Superb service! Made my order - great price - was dispatched within the day and delivered by the end of the following day. The watch is perfect, complete with documentation, original packaging etc. I’m exceptionally pleased. Highly recommended

Managed to source and ship a tag heur watch within 2 days that wasn’t available from anywhere else, at a lower price than anywhere else. Excellent service.

I was initially dubious as I hadn't heard of this company but after reading a few reviews, I felt safe in gaining their custom. The watch I ordered was significantly cheaper than the mainstream stores and they offered free, next day delivery.

My watch arrived less than 24hrs from purchase and was even set to the correct date and time. They had also completed the warranty card for me, so registering was that little bit easier. I'll definitely shop here again, don't hesitate!

The shipping was very fast; it arrived in Guernsey in two days. I saw some negative reviews about orders not arriving and I was worried, but I went ahead with my purchase anyway. The price is really good, very competitive. I bought a Tissot PRX for my husband and it arrived in perfect condition. The watch is beautiful. I highly recommend it! I will definitely buy here again.

I shopped for a watch for a watch on 23 February and it is now 9 April but I have never received it. Zero updates, zero response.All my emails to customer service have not been responded to and the WhatsApp chat is malfunctional.

You can just read other reviews that are 1 star as we are real people. The 5 star reviews are genuine bots and ai. Terrible customer service, false advertising, I have no idea how this business is still up. If this is the way I can talk to customer service about my order then thank you I guess? And even so I have to pray that it’s not ai that id be talking to .

Not great in my opinion, 1st watch ordered was on pre-order which they say takes around 28 days, 43 days later and still on pre-order, could of got same watch from another supplier for about ten pounds more on next day delivery, 2nd watch ordered must have been the last watch they had because it was faulty, fair play to them gave me a choice of the same watch but different colour as a replacement, so 2 watches ordered and not the best for me, will use other suppliers from now on, shame as I collect watches. 51 days now, have asked for a refund and guess what, no reply, very poor.

A very good experience, the watch i chose was on back order. I was kept informed on the progress of the prosses. From the start of the order I was informed that it could take 14 to 28 working days . I received the watch this morning. It is as advertised. Ordered on the 8th March received 28th March . 15 working days . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
