Great service, quick and easy. I shared photos of the jewellery I wanted to sell via email, they came back with a quote on the same day. When I sent the items off they confirmed receipt and confirmed the quote I had received a few days later. Once I shared my bank account details payment was made and in my bank immediately.

Well what can i say other than excellent! I was looking for a gift for a friend when I came across Foxhills. I ordered the bracelet with a 1-3 day delivery quoted. It arrived next day. I opened it to discover my mistake. I ordered the wrong size! Got on the phone and Michelle was awesome she explained the return process and helped me pick a replacement. I ordered this replacement online again got next day service and it is perfect. Michelle's communication and level of service was second to none. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, a great choice of jewellery,brought my daughter some earrings which were very beautiful and reasonably priced,and treated myself to a lovely necklace,the customer service was brilliant and my items were beautifully wrapped.

Poor quality item received
I purchased a pair of Tiffany & Co. earrings from Foxhills for £245. They were described on the website as “Preloved – Excellent”. Unfortunately, when they arrived I was disappointed with the condition. There were visible marks/scratches and one of the earring backs appeared noticeably different in colour from the other.
I contacted Foxhills and was able to return the earrings, and they subsequently processed a full refund of the £245 purchase price. However, I was still left out of pocket for the original £11.99 postage and the cost of returning the item.
I appreciate that the refund was processed without a dispute, but I don't think an item in the condition I received it should have been described as “Excellent”. I would therefore have expected the issue to have been picked up before it was sent out.
The refund was handled satisfactorily, but the condition of the item was disappointing.

Our "Preloved – Excellent" grading does not mean an item is brand new or unused. As these are pre-owned pieces, they may show signs of previous wear that are consistent with their age and use. We aim to describe items as accurately as possible and recognise that expectations of condition can vary between customers.
We're pleased we were able to resolve the matter promptly by accepting the return and issuing a full refund of the purchase price. While we understand your disappointment, we believe the condition was consistent with a pre-owned item rather than a new one.

I rarely place reviews that are negative but my dealings with this company over a perfectly reasonable enquiry have led me to feel so incensed I have to place this on record.
I had spotted several bangles on their site but as I have an immune condition that affects my wrists I was keen to ensure that the sizing of the Bangles would be sufficient. When viewing their site it was not clear whether there were any bangles available in larger sizes so I chose to at least ask. I was delighted to hear back from them especially when it sounded so positive that they did have some 19 & 20cms & had asked which specific Bangles I had in mind. I immediately grabbed the details of my top 3 and excitedly awaited their reply so I could confidently put them on my Wishlist for loved ones to buy me.
Unfortunately for me, when Foxhills respond it is done anonymously, as a STAFF MEMBER so despite having an initially positive experience all I know is the next responses clearly came from a very negative, sullen individual. Unwilling to provide the information that their helpful colleague had asked me for. The difference between them is night and day. My problem is that this is now the only staff replying to me now!
I cannot fathom why it is so difficult to provide me with an answer to a reasonable question when I had already been told they did have larger sizes & I was merely supplying the missing info I was asked for. Having had those initial high hopes the replies clearly were not helpful nor courteous. I just wish I could bypass this negative representative. The replies could easily be attributed to a competitor or disgruntled employee. As a potential customer I feel FOXHILLS POLICY ought to at least be for each reply to be attributed to specific staff in order to ensure ownership of their responses to be traceable, which would usually be to praise the help given. I am none the wiser as to whether all or some of my chosen Bangles would fit me. Should a member of Foxhills wish to check the veracity of my review I will gladly supply a string of emails.

To clarify, your initial enquiry didn't mention any specific bracelet or bangle. As we stock over 200 different bracelets and bangles, we explained that some styles can be made larger and asked which items you were interested in.
When you replied with your three chosen bangles, we checked them and confirmed that, unfortunately, those particular designs cannot be resized. This wasn't a refusal to help, but simply the correct information for those specific items.
All of our product listings include accurate sizing information, and where a bracelet can be made larger, this is discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please also check your email thread, as our responses explain this in detail.
We're sorry if our replies came across differently than intended, please do let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you at all.

Avoid This Business At All Costs!
I bought a Tiffany ring for over £2,000 that I needed to return or exchange. Due to travel, I missed the 14-day return window by a small margin and asked if they could make an exception. The answer was a flat no — no flexibility, no alternative, no effort.
I offered solutions of my own: a buy-back, or store credit toward another piece. Every door was closed. At no point did anyone attempt to find middle ground or treat me like a customer worth keeping.
For a purchase of this value, the lack of goodwill is staggering. This isn't customer service — it's rigid policy weaponised against the very people keeping them in business. Inflexible, indifferent, and entirely unwilling to help.
The first clue about the credibility of Foxhills is their claim to be the "oldest jeweller in the UK", which is nonsense. They were called Parsons up until 2020, when they rebranded as Foxhills, claiming a heritage that applies only to the name.
Spend your money somewhere that values it.

I had good Service from Fox Hill’s. I was in communication with them before I purchased my Ring. They were extremely helpful and informed me that I could return the ring. Should it not fit however the ring does fit it’s perfect thank you so much for the good service! We certainly shop here again.

Beautiful authentic jewellery, I contacted this company to enquire for a video on a Tiffany item, within 20 minutes I was sent one. The customer service I received following this was superb. Not only did I receive my jewellery the following day, it came beautifully packaged as exactly as described. I saved alot of money too as the item was like brand new.
