This is by far the best forwarding service that I have used. Very fast shipping and no problems at all. Easy handling in the dashboard and fast completion. Small downside that it’s a bit expensive, but absolutely acceptable. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Forwardvia for several forwarding of books and the experience has always been good. The forwarded books were well packaged with several options on which carrier to use and they always arrived in perfect condition with no damage.

I wanted some items from the actual Clarkson’s Farm Shop (not found on Amazon), sent to South Dakota, USA from the UK. CF doesn’t ship to the U.S. I used to work for the ITA and ITC logistics groups with the global company I was with here in the US, and believe me, international shipping is a pain, and is why many companies won't offer it! With customs, VAT, duties, tariffs, etc., commercial shipping is one thing, but private party international shipping is even worse. I found Forwardvia, and after reading everything they covered, it actually sounded too good to the point of possibly being “scammish!” I took the risk and signed up. I ordered my items from CF. Got my notice from Forwardvia that my items had been sent to them as instructed. I paid all the necessary fees related to international shipping plus their bargain service fee that was nicely itemized on their e-form, and I had my items here in two weeks when I wasn’t expecting them to be here any sooner than two months! They even looked up the EAR and ECCN classifications numbers for me! Great, great service with no hassles, no unnecessary or unrelated communications, and no upselling. Just good no-nonsense international shipping processing. I wish I had founded this company myself!

Quick, professional, provided photos and no up front fees. My only critique is that I paid 2£ aka $6 CAD for fragile tape to be used as they had opened the box to show me the contents. However when they sent a photo before shipping, it showed they had used plain tan tape that was almost obscuring the fragile tape the original sender/vendor from eBay had used. Which made me afraid they would think it was a recycled box and not really fragile. However, the 14" tall porcelain cats did arrive without damage, luckily.

Esperienza positiva con questa compagnia che fa da tramite per tutti quei negozi sciagurati in UK che non spediscono all'estero.
Interfaccia del sito estremamente intuitiva, processo di acquisto/utilizzo del servizio semplice e fluido, tabella dei costi dei servizi chiara e calcolatrice per quote di spedizione utile. Tempi del servizio veloci (poi la lentezza è dovuta dalla spedizione stessa, dovendo passare per la dogana essendo UK uscita dalla UE mannaggia a loro).

4 su 5 perchè dunque? Il costo dei servizi offerti tutto sommato mi sembra in linea con altre compagnie simili (io personalmente non li ho usati)...e capisco ovviamente che devono applicare un margine per avere un profitto, ma la sola spedizione è troppo cara.
Per un semplice pacchettino di un videogioco/dvd verso l'europa (e non oltre oceano internazionale) la soluzione più economica tramite Royal Mail (nemmeno tracciata) sta sui £22...io ho scelto l'opzione subito dopo che almeno era tracciata e dunque piu sicura sui £24/25. Per un pacchettino di un semplice dvd €28/29 mi sembrano esagerati...alla fine dunque paghi piu di spedizione che dell'oggetto stesso (se poi uno si vuole affidare ai corrieri privati e non le poste inglesi, allora si sale tranquillamente anche a £30/40/50).

Tutte le altre compagnie erano sulla blacklist del negozio da cui dovevo comprare (mi bloccava proprio l'acquisto) e dunque son stato "costretto" ad utilizzare loro nonostante appunto il prezzo della spedizione non proprio amichevole
