Ordered two weeks ago and never received the pairs of expensive trainers for 3 weeks. Very disappointed with DHL experience. Wish I could gone in store and buy it from there.

My 15 year old saved up to buy some shoes - ordered 10 days ago with no communication. I got in touch and they couldn’t provide an update. Have asked them to return his money. Let’s see his long that takes. What appalling customer service!!

They take aaaaall the time in the world to refund their customers and treat you like sh*t when you contact them. First and last order for me 👋

Katastrophe, die Rückerstattung kommt einfach nicht. 200€ die fehlen, obwohl ich die Annahme verweigert habe dauert die "Bearbeitung" nun 2 "Wochen, keine Rückmeldung, keine Rückzahlung. Finger Weg, hier wird mit Kundengeldern ganz bewusst gearbeitet. Frechheit!!!!!

Hice mi pedido hace 15 días y aún no lo tengo. Lo compré porque ponía entrega 3 o 5 días. Recomiendo no comprar

No le doy menos porque no puedo me llegan a los 3 días y con un agujero voy a tienda 20 km para ir 20 para volver me dicen que efectivamente es una tara me hacen ellos el cambio desde tienda hoy pregunto a atención al cliente como está el proceso de pedido y me encuentro con una gente con tan poco tacto hacia las personas que les estamos comprando que alucino no me extraña que cierren tiendas y tengan esas reseñas yo en tienda donde soy genial siempre pero online fatal no lo recomiendo ni yo vuelvo a caer es vergonzoso como te tratan por teléfono como si les deberían algo a ellos encima de pena no lo siguiente

Pierwszy raz i ostatni współpracowałem z Footlocker. Prognozowany czas dostawy zamówionego obuwia wynosił 3-5 dni. Czekałem pięć dni na zamówione buty. Piątego dnia dostałem informację, że zamówienie zostało anulowane. Jest mnóstwo innych rzetelnych i profesjonalnych firm, które szanują nabywcę swojego towaru. Zobaczymy jak długo będą zwracać pieniądze. Nie polecam

Very disappointed by their customer service (served by manager letten) and I will never use again. This is about exchange within 24 hours . They first took good 20 minutes to say they don’t have required size which they offered just yesterday. Then I opted for a different shoe, a little cheaper but almost same style and they refused the exchange and said the shoes have been worn. I said I only tried at home and did not wear them outside but there was a little stain which can happen anywhere when you try the shoes. Honestly if they were very clean they could find another reason to refuse cause I very doubt their honesty. So i will not recommend them to friends. First time ever I have problem to exchange or return something within the last 20 years and it’s with footlocker eu Manchester arndale. You decide for your self.i was served by letten. I send photos of the shoes if needed. The customer service is shocking.

J’ai commandé des Adidas Samba OG femme taille 40 2/3 pour la rentrée. Le livreur a refusé mon colis Résultat ? Le colis est renvoyé, on refuse de le renvoyer or que ce n’est même pas de ma faute, et on m’offre juste 10 € de réduc. C’est non seulement inacceptable pour un grand retailer comme Foot Locker, mais ça met aussi en galère pour la rentrée. Service client incompétent + aucune réelle solution donnée = frustration totale. De plus c’est l’argent de ma mère pas le mien donc dire tout ça à ma mère fin c’est décevant quoi je ne sais même plus quoi faire

Rücksendung wird wegen angeblich falscher Artikelnummer nicht akzeptiert, Rückmeldung wurde erst auf Nachfrage gegeben, einmal und nie wieder.

Nike TN bestellt nicht angekommen Kundendienst will nicht mit Paypal kommunizieren anstatt bekomm ich von Luke per Ki 2 mal täglich eine Computer Antwort sowas geht garnicht

Compre 2 pares de zapatillas y llegaron solo 1. Me pidieron fotos del paquete y rellenar un pdf de disputa cuando estaba claro lo que habia pasado, me llevan pidiendo cosas aleatorias durante semanas y no me han devuelto el dinero. Su estrategia es darte largas y pedirte cosas sin sentido para que te canses y desistas, todo por no devolverme 30€ pero si les merece la pena que disfruten esta reseña

Auf Lockangebot reingefallen. Ich habe mir Converse Chucks für 40 Euro bestellt. 3 Tage später kommt die Nachricht, dass Bestellung storniert wurde, weil nicht auf Lager.
Suche ich nach dem Modell, ist dieses auf Lager, nur zu einem Preis von knapp 70 Euro.
Lächerlich. Reines Lockangebot, um Kunden auf die Website zu ziehen.
Siehe auch vergangene Bewertungen von weiteren Kunden. Das ist wohl eine mehrfach angewendete Masche.
Ich nehme von dem Unternehmen Abstand und werde keine Bestellungen dort mehr tätigen.

Ich muss mich leider schlechten Bewertungen anschließen. Retoure dauert wochenlang und die Rückmeldung auch nur nach Aufforderung. Nun warte ich wahrscheinlich noch Wochen auf Erstattung. Die Behauptung dass es an der Bank liegt, kann überhaupt nicht stimmen, denn andere Anbieter bekommen das Handling in kurzer Zeit hin

Just terrible. To get a refund from them is extremely difficult. I have purchased a pair of runners that were a bit too small. Sent it back and now I have to fight to get my money back as they are asking the same questions sending me from department to department and no real solution even though I have a proof of the return. I would NOT recommend to spend your money there, very very bad customer service.

Compre unas zapatillas hace 2 semanas que decían que llegaban de 3-5 días.Las zapatillas no llegan. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y que van a investigar.
Me mandan un correo y que la respuesta puede tardar de 5-10 días hábiles y que si quiero llame yo a la empresa que lo envía.
Llevo ya 15 días, sin zapatillas, sin reembolso y sin ningún dato de donde están las zapatillas ni cuál va a ser la solución. Tengo que esperar 20 días para que me digan algo!!
No volveré a comprar aquí y sugiero que no lo hagáis, no son formales y ante problemas no ofrecen soluciones
