Needs more food items and the app is somewhat cluttered. But the product is unique and very empowering. Customer service is very good.

FoodMarble becomes a valuable tool in this context because it allows for:
• 📊 Real-time tracking of hydrogen and methane gas levels after meals.
• 🍽️ Food-response insights, helping identify which specific ingredients trigger fermentation.
• 🧪 Fermentation scores to measure how your gut is reacting to different meals during different phases of treatment (antibiotic, recovery, reintroduction).
• 📈 Pattern recognition over time — for example, if methane spikes persist with certain fats or fibers, you can adjust diet or enzyme use accordingly.
• 📔 Data-supported decisions on when to reintroduce fermentable foods or begin another phase of treatment.

Would be great to have more user friendly meals updates.

The gadget itself is quite useful - you can track your fermentation levels throughout the day as well as do challenges (e.g. lactulose challenge for tracking progress with your SIBO treatment etc).

The only thing is that it would be great to see the fermentation levels in ppm too in the app, besides the scale they use. I believe they're currently working on adding this function to the app.

The customer service is really top notch! Cesar is very friendly and happy to help. I asked for my results in ppm and he sent them to me within a couple of hours.

Fantastic product and customer support.

This is a very accurate reading of the levels of hydrogen and methane in the breath. It helps you monitor the effect of dietary changes you are making to bring your readings down from high to medium or low. I started using the app and listing foods etc but most of the foods I eat are homemade and also being vegetarian it was not able to identify foods accurately. This is not a fault of the app really as they can't possibly monitor every ingredient in a home made meal. However it is a good learning tool and helps with FODMAP diet etc.
The reason i have only given 4 stars is because they won't commit definitively to a link to it helping to cure SIBO. I started with very high readings and have used the app to monitor my lower readings but I personally did not use FODMAP diet but instead have been using Dr Will Davies SIBO yoghurt which can easily be found on youtube and he has several useful books as well. I hope Foodmarble continue to refine and develop thier software as it takes just a couple of minutes every morning to use. The customer service is excellent as I have asked several times for an excel download on results over previous months to show practioners I am working with. The response has been very quick and comments freindly and encouraging. Good luck with your own digestive issues going forward but keep this product by your side. Its a good one.

Food marble isn’t consistent with my symptoms at all. The device battery lasts a day and 1/2 at best and you never know when its going to quit. The app is hard to navigate through.

Excellent customer service.

It is very personal, friendly, eager to help, and most importantly, human.

Unfortunately, the Food Marble displays incorrect values. I conducted comparison tests with professional lab tests and received completely different results with hydrogen. Customer service is a disaster. You either wait a long time for a response or get no response at all. My device is defective (it took many attempts to pair with the phone, sometimes it worked after a few minutes, sometimes it didn't work at all). After endless requests, I received a replacement device. This one also displays incorrect values and, after a short time, could no longer be paired with my phone. Customer service turned off my old device, which at least occasionally still took measurements. Now I haven't been able to take any more measurements for weeks, even though I'm currently undergoing antibiotic treatment and need to know how my values is changing.

Fantastic experience. When my device stopped working they sent me a replacement. When I accidentally returned the new device instead of the broken one, they sent me another one. Super responsive and helpful.

I have IBS and I'm autistic, so limiting foods is very hard for me. Food Marble is helping me find my triggers without going through the stress of limiting what I eat. So far I found that I react very badly to red onions so after substituting them I've improved a lot. Same goes for gluten.

The app is great, you can also log your period which is fantastic because periods can affect our tummies. It's also super informative and so far the best IBS app I've ever used.

Customer support is also brilliant, they are very patient and explain everything clearly.

App and device can be a bit buggy sometimes: my device is new and so far has bugged during 2 breath recordings but if I try again after 1 hour it works. I believe it was the app bugging rather than the device. Other than that it's been pretty seamless.

Would 100% recommend, worth every penny.

After completing a second lactulose breath test for SIBO using the AIRE 2 device, I once again contacted FoodMarble customer service to request gas PPM data. And once again, the process was very fast and easy from beginning to end!

Interesting to see which foods cause a reaction!

Food Marble was a very helpful for me when I was navigating my digestive issues. I now have a better understanding of what, when and how much I am able to consume to feel the best I have felt in over 10 years! Changing my eating habits was key. Even though I did have some technical difficulties the consumer service was quick and amazing. Thanks Food Marble, it has been a pleasure using your product .

I purchased FoodMarble after reading Dr. Davis' book SuperGut. Good health starts in the GI tract, and this tool can help you determine how well you are digesting food, and valuable to determine if you have SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), which supposedly over half of our population has.
I just submitted a support ticket, and their team was very responsive and polite. A very eager team to please their customers!

I needed assistance with a delivery issue, and was pleasantly surprised at the prompt, professional and caring customer service. Cesar addressed the issue right away, and then followed up to make sure all was well. It was easily the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long while. Kudos to Cesar and FoodMarble!

I’m helping me keep track of foods that are higher in methane and I can see what kind of problems. I’m actually having better by monitoring.
