Great customer service

The folks in customer service respond quickly and in a helpful manner. I was having an issue with my device, and I was very pleased with the prompt responses, attention to detail and resolution of my issue.

Great service and care

The company was extremely polite and helpful. They listened to my concerns and responded in a timely manner to try to rectify the problem. My device needed to be returned for assessment and they provided a return paid envelope for this. After nearly 2 years of sterling service I knew it was not performing as it should. When it was found to be faulty they sent me a new device in a timely manner.

There's a HUGE discrepancy on results…

There's a HUGE discrepancy on results the app gave me and what they sent to my doctor's office. I've been waiting for days for a response on which data is correct from Food Marble with no response. Unreliable. And the device kept giving out.

Great customer service…

I recently encountered an issue with my membership and reached out for support. The customer service I received was top notch. While it took a bit of time to solve the issue, I was kept apprised of the situation at all times.
It’s obvious this company is committed to their customers having a top notch experience and I for one, am a truly satisfied customer!!

A++ Customer Service

FoodMarble’s feedback for my response took me by surprise! I did not have to explain to great detail the issue I was having with my order process. FoodMarble immediately took the position to assist me with my concern, and with no hesitation was willing to assist me beyond my expectation. Specifically, my correspondence with Camillo has been a refreshing experience! It’s not often you come across such great customer service and fast feedback, thank you Camillo!

Received a message from Royal Mail…

Received a message from Royal Mail today informing me that FoodMarble refused my return delivery on the 23/05/25 there was supposed to be a return refund on this item as they had already been informed by me that I no longer required the delivery they took no notice of my request it now seems that I’m now going to be down £235.00 for the item I purchased which was a breath analyser plus 3 tests I would advise any other customer to not trade with them as they cannot be trusted by what they promise you and what they will do.

So far so good

So far so good. It’s identified high levels of hydrogen and medium levels of methane. It confirms my suspicion that something is not right inside. I’m seeing the doctor this week so hopefully he can treat the issue. The device is easy to set up and use.

Fast, helpful customer support. My first device didn’t work so I wrote customer support and Camilo helped to solve my issue quickly. Changed my whole experience with FoodMarble!

The device sometimes wont take a…

The device sometimes wont take a sample, it just buzzes red and I have to try again. The app isn't very smooth, is hard to learn, and doesn't have much American food. Whole fresh apricots says they have sorbitol, dried fruit says has none, and canned apricots says it has fructose and FOS. I would think the chemicals in apricots would stay the same, regardless.

Great little gadget

It took a little while to get to grips with the information this gadget produces on the app but after only the first week I could work out what was causing the diarrhea which I have had for about the last eight years. Brilliant.

Great Product

I bought this device to see if my wife had SIBO. Neither of us did, but much to my amazement, I had IMO. I was able to use this device to monitor my improvement over time with therapy and monitor if the IMO came back. Between my wife and me, we've used this device maybe 20 times. Well worth the cost. Especially since I can continue to monitor my results.

Pleased with device and service

I purchased a device along with the intolerance testing kit when I began to suspect I had SIBO. The device is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, as my results are so high all the time I was never able to use the testing kit I purchased. I wouldn't have been able to see any reaction as my numbers just remain so high all the time. However I tracked this for several weeks and then requested the data. I brought this to a Gastroenterologist and he prescribed antibiotics for sibo without doing any further testing. He said the tests he could offer wouldn't show methane anyway, which the aire 2 does. I hope that once I've finished the antibiotics my numbers would drop and maybe I can use the intolerance kit then so it is not wasted. Customer service are quick to respond and helpful. The only thing I would like to see added is an option to see the actual readings in PPM rather than the 1 - 10 rating scale as this would be useful for when working with doctors.
