Amazing little device!

I love my Food Marble! I've been battling IMO (a cousin of SIBO) and have been following a low FODMAP diet for months, just finished one week Elemental diet and I'm now on my 2nd round of antibiotics. The Food Marble has been giving me the strength to keep going as I see my body respond and my hydrogen and methane levels drop! It took my months to get a breath test with my insurance and this puts the power in the palm of my hand, literally. And the app is great - very user friendly - I can track everything in it from supplements to meals to symptoms. Hopeful that I can finally clear up this problem with the help of Food Marble!

Taking control over my health

Having this device has been so beneficial. I was recently treated for SIBO, which has a high recurrence rate, so it's been great having a way to monitor my levels moving forward. I feel like I have more control of my health, which is amazing.
Costumer service is also amazing. The chat system through the app uses AI but they follow up with an email to further explain the answers.
My only complaint is food logging through the app. It's a bit clunky. I've been logging my food intake for years so I am familiar with various apps, so perhaps I've been spoiled in that regard. I do like, however, that if you try to log a food that is not in their system, you can add it to the database and it will tell you if it's low fodmap or not.
Regardless, this device is so worth the price point if you are adamant about using it the way it is intended.

Der Kundenservice ist ausgezeichnet.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Sensor und Cesar vom Kundenservice hat mir schnell und kompetent geholfen. Das Gerät FoodMarble Aire kann ich empfehlen, es hilft mir den Nahrungsmitteln auf die Spur zu kommen die ich nicht so gut vertrage.

The device can be somewhat unstable

The device can be somewhat unstable, but it helped with analysing but we shouldn’t be forced to pay for the app monthly without it FoodMarble is useless. Cord stopped working already.

Very helpful device

I almost didn't buy this device due to the mixed reviews out there.
I have to say the device functions perfectly, it confirms what I measured at the doctor's office when the conditions are same. It shows low readings when I don't eat any fodmaps or fermentable carbs. High readings at any other time.

The device is affordable and has already helped me a lot in figuring out what is wrong with me and which problems I could rule out.

Shipping was very fast.

Only point is that it took me lots of time to understand the theory behind why my readings are high or low. I think a few videos would help the users better understand what they are doing and get better reviews.

Great device and support

Customer service is excellent and a valuable app

Customer service is excellent. The app itself has alot of promise with so much to offer. It's a little hard tho to get all the aspects of it to work with only email support. it's more complicated than I expected with only email tech support. That said I'm glad I got it and look forward to conquering the parts I haven't used yet.

Methane Readings Stuck at 0 on AIRE2 — Sensor Issue?

I received my AIRE2 yesterday, and it seemed to work fine at first, detecting both hydrogen and methane. But last night, right before bed, the methane readings dropped to 0 and has stayed there ever since. I decided to let it “rest” overnight, but this morning and throughout the day today, methane has still been logging at 0. While hydrogen continues to show normal values. It feels like the methane sensor might be broken. For context, today I also ate quite a bit of cake and soda at work (Friday treats). I noticed a few other reviews mentioning the same issue, so I reached out to their support team for answers. I’ll probably have to wait until Monday to hear back.

Everything went wrong and then no one…

Everything went wrong and then no one returned calls and they had given me wrong information which caused tremendous stress.

Their kit took forever to arrive though initially that was OK, but then I clearly advised them that they meds did come in and I just needed the testing.

Their kit arrived on a Saturday and stated that I must complete by Tuesday or Wednesday. Since I had commitments on Wednesday I thought I would go through the careful diet on Sunday, but then I started to look at the packets and realized I know what I am allergic to! These packets would make me sick as a dog for days!

Then, even the Dr who despite his rave reviews, his office never returned my calls even when I told them I had fasted to maybe try only one of the tests.

The doctor's office didn't reply nor Foodmarble until Wednesday despite calls to the doctor's and both calls and emails to Foodmarble!

Ultimately, I have given up on both Foodmarble and this doctor. I will just accept that low fodmap has to be my diet!

Customer Service was very helpful in resolving my issue even though it took a few tries and several emails. They stuck with me and kept coming up with suggestions until my issue was solved. I couldn’t be more pleased.
