Good product and support
I bought the Aire 2 breath analyzer about 3 months ago. It seems to be one of a kind in the market, and allows a much better look at what's happening than a single-shot mail-in kit. I can see the days and time(s) that my H2 (and/or Methane) is high and work on correlating that with food, symptoms, and bowel movements. As an engineer, I appreciate the value of data - even if I have to work at it a little to understand what's happening. To that end, I recently contacted FoodMarble and asked them to send me an Excel file with all of my data and notes I have put in the app so I can review it on my computer in addition to the phone app. (The app is very good, but still improving - and an export is one thing yet to be done). They responded very quickly and sent me a file with all the info I requested. In my opinion, this is a great product and responsive company for those interested in their gut health. Personally I am very happy with the work that FoodMarble has done to make this technology available and would definitely recommend it !

After a few weeks, still struggling with the FoodMarble
Getting used to the software takes some time. Difficult to correct any entered data if even possible. Food log is confusing if what you enter is not already in the list. Overall at this point I have not seen the value of the data tracking beyond just the breath test results

James was one of the friendliest and most helpful customer service reps I’ve spoken to in years. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions easily. He seemed to really care about me having a good experience taking the test. I needed to call more than once, and James was always pleasant.

More people need to know about this
As someone with stomach pain challenges for over 9 years, it has taken me over 7 years to get a SIBO diagnosis. I wish I had this tool 7 years ago when I first asked my doctor to help with this diagnosis. It helps put the data in your own hands. I have watched my gas levels improve over the course of my time taking antibiotics, and I am now using it to track my results with microbials to try and eliminate the remaining overgrowth I have. Many patients that deal with SIBO are also saddled with other hard-to- diagnose issues, so it is exceedingly refreshing to at least have some insight over one part of a complicated health journey.

Any thing, device, supplement focusing on the Microbiome is PRIORITY
Still using, don't need to a lot as far as breath testing. I've had a diagnosis for decades, just glad it Now has a name! I was born with SIBO, clostridium botulinum specifically, the DNA testing didn't exist until early 2k. I Did, however have a test that put me Finally in the ballpark, that test too didn't exist until 2007. A diagnosis in wait for Decades came the next year. BUT, even though death defying Initial detox came/went, still had SIBO. I'm 65 now, minor additions, no cure. Decided the Foodmarble device should help at least with next level if not CURE me. Only yet More time will tell but breath testing lead me to get another device - Hydrogen water bottle. I know, though it's not the same as Foodmarble device Hydrogen test but if this leads to my health, Hallelujah.

Life-upgrading devices
The FoodMarble Aire2 device definitely promotes the quality of life , before it was a big confusion to decide which food or drink is the source of trouble and what type of intolerance causing the symptoms.
Using them became a daily routine that guided me into a new state of calmness day and night.
My day is much better, my sleep is finally restful.
Customer service is excellent, total support and professional timely responses and guidance.

I’m not sure I like the floor mat and…
I’m not sure I like the floor mat and concept of the program. I eat all organic foods, your app had very few ways to list what I was really eating. So it was hard to gauge bye what I was putting in was ready me levels probably. The fact that I did see my breath readings fall significantly, was basically the only thing I could work off of. The simple fact is I was lacking magnesium supplements in my daily diet, which helped my constipation problems. Otherwise it was hard to get use to your program. Thank you though, but for me you need allot of work on your program.☹️☹️👍

A very helpful and empowering device
I bought an AIRE 2 after wondering if I might have IBS/SIBO. (There can be quite a long wait to schedule an appt. with a GI.) My regular dr. had written an Rx for a SIBO breath test at a local lab but it’s just a 15 minute test - so a very brief picture of what’s happening on one particular day. It made sense to me to buy an AIRE 2 and be able to test for hydrogen and methane throughout each and every day, while keeping a food and symptom diary along with my hydrogen and methane readings. I’ve had multiple questions both before and after purchasing the AIRE 2 - customer service is always prompt and VERY friendly and helpful. Plus there’s a lot of great information on their website! Recently I ran into an old family friend who’s a functional MD, and while talking about SIBO he mentioned that he sends an AIRE 2 to his patients. It’s very empowering and helpful for me to use it through the last month of a strict low FODMAP diet, and now as I start to slowly reintroduce high FODMAP foods, one at a time.
