My device stopped working so the company sent a replacement out for free. I was very happy with the quick communication and fix they offered.

Customer service is great. The food logging in the app is so archaic. If I can’t scan foods could you let apple health input my meals from another app

I use my FoodMarble Air 2 regularly and find it very helpful. Even better than the product is the excellent customer support, which is extremely rare in today's environment. I would not hesitate to recommend the product, as they have supported it, even past the warranty date. They have also dug into and provided reasonable answers to some technical questions I had regarding cross-sensitivities.

Delivered in a timely manner.
My only wish is that the meals had more options for homemade meals-maybe an area to create- lack products for those of us in the USA. Once scanned & added are they made available to other users. Instructions are vague -would like more information

Good and quick support and answer to questions.
It would be nice when the database would be updated to contain food items from different countries. Now it can take a lot of time to figure out what is the best to compare to what you've eaten. Or to break your meal down in all the separate food items and log it. Also, if you do want to compare specific meals to what you've eaten, this is difficult as the text runs of your screen, and there is no way to see what this meal is about.

When I had difficulty setting up my FoodMarble the ‘chat’ service was very helpful. To my surprise I was soon contacted via email to further assist with my needs. The FoodMarble has been very helpful for me to understand my food sensitivities.

Most times I received a response in a few hours of request. However, I could tell some reps appeared more knowledgeable than other based on my inquiries. Overall, I've been been satisfied with the level of support.

I've had my Food Marble device for 2 years now and it's still going strong. I recently had a situation where all my data disappeared, however, I reached out via chat and got all my data back same day. Their customer service is awesome! I highly recommend this device if you're looking to figure out food intolerances or if you have SIBO.

I am so impressed with the specific feedback that I received when my AIRE 2 suddenly stopped working. I was almost immediately given instructions for a hard reset of the device and it is now functioning again. This is a company that cares about its customers.

Aire 2 is an incredible device! As a physician, I have read the evidence and am convinced the readings from the device are comparable to clinical testing in a lab. Having the ability to analyze breath samples throughout the day and track trends provide valuable feedback on foods that provoke symptoms. I have been able to lower methane and hydrogen levels by avoiding food that were associated with spikes in these gases.

Gives an earlier warning about my gut health posibly getting worse before a full flair up which means i can take action early to put my stomach back into a good place before consuming too much food or sticking to safe foods for a short spell. Personally i find bringing my scores down fairly easy once you find what works for yourself. Here are some of my tips if i get a high score..have a short time without food, drinking plain hot water. And very effective i find is drinking a bulletproof style coffee made by blending coffee with a tablespoon MTC oil and tiny piece of butter, my scores have gone from high to under 1 shortly after drinking. Also other natural anti microbials work very well too, Oregano is excellent and Berberine works well too. Binders like Charcoal work well too shortly after antimicrobials. Give them a go work well for me and using the food marble as a great tool to monitor my gut health before things get too out of control, i am generally feeling much healthier than before i had it.

I'm new to using the MedAIRE 2 device, and we could not figure out the final step to link it up to take some sample breaths. I reached out for help not expecting much, and received a prompt reply from a real person. This person not only asked a few follow up questions to understand better what I was dealing with, but also sent my question about being stuck to the Support team. Someone from Support followed up, explained what to do, and everything works well now. The customer service, fast responses, and positive vibe was refreshing! I am excited to use this device here at home to better track my SIBO and work towards healing.
