Immediate help, much appreciated
AIRE2 helps me a lot, there was a tiny software issue after 5 months of everyday use, I contacted support and got immediate help, took the recommended steps and within a few minutes, everything worked perfectly again. Thanks a lot. This device could help millions to fix their microbioms.

I don't understand how to efficiently enter meals. Either one must pick each ingredient or a meal that matches or nearly matches. Also it doesn't seem to allow for volume of food. Eating out is a definite problem to enter. Also how to correct an error in foods or timing.

Identified methane in breath test. Other tests were only for hydrogen. May need different antibiotic to treat my SIBO.

Nice device, let down by the insights around it
It measures your methane and hydrogen levels just fine, the app however is wanting more - I'd expect more information on what to do with this data it collects about you and have better reminders

Bought to diagnose SIBO,it’s amazing.
The machine arrived quite fast.
I bought for SIBO because Dr Davis in his book Supergut advised for diagnosing SIBO with the test he suggests. I passed the tests with flying colours and have consequently improved significantly, the numbers are lower and l feel I’m on the right track. I did look up the price of a one off test and it was more than the machine.
I’ve still much to start learning about this but at the moment I’m concentrating on sorting out the SIBO.
Anyone with issues, I’d definitely recommend this and thought it’s a lot of money to part with, its well, well worth it.

an extra tool in your kit to get to a solution quickly
i recently bought this device to see why my digestive issues are an issue .
this is a great tool to see a trend over time if used regular to buold up a picture .
i seem to have high hydrogen levels soon after a meal and this is great to keep track of and try to identify what foods drive up levels .
i now have targets i can work on and this is where it helps me the most .
this is a great tool to have along with the app to work with your care provider or just your self to find solutions.
only thing i find an issue is loging meals is a bit difficult as seems to cater for an american type diet .

May be hard to use for the average person
If you don't like a lot of tech, this device isn't for you. It can be confusing to use. I think they tried to jam too much stuff into it instead of keeping it simple.

Customer Service is Outstanding Live Agent Personalized Help
I encountered a technical problem. Called the Customer Help Line and was assisted by Luna. She patiently walked us through troubleshooting and resolving the problem. She went above and beyond to make sure I could get the challenge test done. Appreciate her patience and guidance. Especially that I was able to complete the test as I had prep for it. Appreciate the assistance by live agents vs AI or bots. Luna is a superstar!
