I think it's great to be able to perform measurements at home so easily.
I am from Germany, and unfortunately, I am having trouble using the app to its full extent. A German translation would be a huge help to me!

Belen was on the phone verbally with me going over step by step instructions on how to use MedAire2.
It took about 30 minutes for me to fully understand and when I finally caught on, all went well to finish on my own.

To have a device that allows you to complete a lengthy test in the comfort of your home is fantastic. The device is reusable for future tests, comes with very simple and easy to understand written instructions as well as short videos within the app detailing each step. My only complaint would be it took a little while to hear back when I had a question about the test, but there are time differences at play so I didn’t mind much! Overall great experience.

I submitted my issue ticket and received an immediate email response the expressed concern, clarified my issue, provided clear troubleshooting steps and stayed with me as I applied the how to fix instructions. When the issue did not resolve, the customer service representative not only escalated to the tech team but told me they were going to ship me a new device which I didn’t ask for or expect. I am so impressed and grateful for the kind, professional and present support gifted to me by this FoodMarble customer service representative and company. I can offer nothing but sincere praise and appreciation.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They sent me expired test, sent me rude and condescending emails when I reached out to let them know and then lied on me and accused me of opening the box when I tried to request a refund. I never opened anything. I saw the date on the box was expired and reached out to them immediately. I would never buy from here ever again. If you want a sensitivity test, go to a professional. Save yourself from this headache.

Their customer service is outstanding and very prompt on reply. I had many questions on the device as I have several things going on at once and they were very helpful in making my decision. Good support when you have medical issues is important. Good people to deal with and I am glad I found them as an alternative to just one test.

My FoodMarble went dead after ~15 months. Even though it was outside of warranty, the support team was able to send me a replacement free of charge! Overall very happy with the customer service and support that I received from FoodMarble.

Overall excellent experience so far, this product is a God send when it comes to suffering with stomach issues like I have my entire life. Customer Service is top notch with quick responses to every one of my questions and even helped me get an excel sheet of my progress so far. I couldn’t be happier!

I am thankful something like this has been created. Works well and the charge holds for a while. I’m not sure if it’s my personal issue but I have had a hard time finding consistency in my numbers. I’m keeping track and sometimes I eat something and it’s a high number then I eat the same thing and it’s low. Again not sure if it’s their inaccuracy or just my personal issue at the moment. Either way great product to try to find what food is giving you an issue.

This is the most difficult test I have ever been through. But your customer representative, Belen did a great job, guiding me through the process step-by-step. Without her help I won’t be able to finish.

This application is really well built. It provides all the features to get insights from what food affects most your diesgtion. They introduce you to features slowly as you use the app and reach milestones so it's not overwhelming. Love it. Good job to the devs and pm.
