I am beyond angry

I am beyond angry, foodler apparently has no phone number, I cancelled my order with ginger beef whom hung up on me twice after explaining to the man I would pay the measly three dollars for the soup and soda which according to him that foodler uses old menu and he does not get the money from New menu from them even tho he has contacted the company numerous times Really? Somebody should maybe fix that and maybe not deliver from" giving her beef" anymore since they like to hang up on customers

Easy; Good Rewards Program

Foodler lets you order take-out food online. It's as straightforward as it sounds, and it remembers your past orders so you don't forget your favorite dishes. Even better, they have a great rewards program. I feel like I pay full price for my orders less than half of the time!

Good selection of restaurants

Good selection of restaurants, customer service is available promptly when needed and often is able to resolve delivery issues with restaurants. I 95% prefer to use Foodler over competitors such as Grub Hub due to the points reward system.

Delivery late, wrong food, unhelpful customer service.

Delivery was a half hour late AND it was the wrong food in the order, plus the driver had me fill out a physical slip for the tip instead of waiting for a tip through the app—clearly it's an undeserved tip, as everything about this order has been handled unprofessionally and sloppily. The customer service representative on the phone number I was given to call for order issues is currently giving me the runaround and saying the driver has to finish his other deliveries before he can get ahold of other customers to see if they have my food while I received theirs. Utterly unacceptable service.

Great Service with a Few Hiccups

We've been ordering regularly through Foodler from a wide range of restaurants, and our experience is usually excellent - quick deliveries, full orders, food hot and ready to eat. We've had a few hiccups along the way - mostly one or two items missing from an order - and most can be traced back to the restaurant rather than the delivery service. When notified, Foodler/Dashed has always reached out to make it right. I was extremely impressed when one of our food orders went astray, and Foodler customer service stayed on it through several email exchanges to be certain the issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and went the extra mile of checking in with me a few days later to make sure that the promised refund had been applied.

I once told them about one of the foodler drivers saving my number and contacting me later - which is creepy. They never got back to me or did anything about it.

I love the sushi here!

I love the sushi here! So, on a Sunday evening a friend and I decided to try their Chinese dishes. The food was inconsistent. First, the beef teriyaki was fantastic! Beef quality was excellent and the meat was moist, tender and so tasty. The lobster sauce was quite good. Egg rolls were good, your average fare. Unfortunately, the pork fried rice was terribly dry and seemed like it had been made a couple days earlier. And the pork egg foo young was also overcooked and the pork was so dry it wasn't palatable. We ordered on a Sunday, so perhaps another day of the week these issues might not happen.

Unacceptable doesnt keep menu up to date with items and doesnt do any sort of helping the customer to solve issues.. Very bad experiences lately and very bad customer service. 8 times out of 10 my order is wrong, late, and/or missing something
