Occassional price discrepancies but good let is always quick to resolve any issues

When ordering, I paid extra for a faster delivery. It still took the same amount of time - no faster at all.

Jrs has some of the best sliders and fries I've ever eaten. We place the order and they're delivered very quickly, still hot and absolutely delicious! The one time our order began to run long, we received a call from an employee apologizing for the wait, explaining why, and promising the food would leave in less than fifteen minutes if we still wanted it. Their service is easily five stars!

The times that I have used the app it's convinent, quick tells me the time my order is going to be ready so easy I like it a lot. Only thing is for me it doesn't give me a lot of delivery variety but other than that it's great.

Foodler user for 4 years now. Easy to use and I've actually earned a decent amount of Foodler bucks and points too!

Wings as always were great. The wait however I found to be unacceptable. Ordered food at 8:30 and did not receive the two items ordered until 10pm. I called around 9:30 and was not given any help. I would not recommend ordering if timeliness is important.

I love the restaurant i ordered from. The food from the restaurant we great...well, except the part i didn't get! Somehow the order was mishandled and i didn't receive one of the items. I had no way to reach foodler, but did have the restaurants phone number. The restaurant kindly offered to refund the amount of the order. I hope they'll get that money back from the folks at foodler who couldn't transmit the order correctly or check the order before it went out. Back to GrubHub!

So it's been 2 hrs. My child is up past her bedtime waiting for her dinner that was estimated to arrive 1 hr ago. Unacceptable! Paper printed on receipt is timed 1 hr 15 min after we called. That obviously has to print before the food can even leave. I wrote blue cheese on the paperwork and when I called reminded still no blue cheese. The shop is 1 mile from my house..

This place never delivered my order but I still paid for it. I don't know if the problem is the restaurant or Foodler.

Foodler is simply the best delivery service and I've been using it for years. All the best restaurants in my area use foodler, so there is always a great selection and variety of different foods to choose from.

Been using Foodler over Grubhub for several years now - always my first choice!

Never had a problem with them. Easy and fast.

Suffering from food allergies, I tend to run into problems just finding a restaurant willing to take my order. Most tell me flat out they're not responsible if I choose to eat there and get sick. Skewers is the complete opposite. Within minutes of placing my order the phone rang. It was the chef of Skewers calling me to double-check my order to make sure he got everything right. It was obvious safety was his first concern. I truly appreciate this.

As for the order itself, he informed me that they could only cook the burger medium on the fire grill not medium rare or rare as we had ordered. At first this had me worried, but after biting into the burger for the first time, finding the meat soft and juicy, we both were satisfied and knowing that we were tasting one of the best burgers we've ever eaten. Needless to say, the homemade hand-cut fries add to the meal. At under $10 a meal we'd recommend these burgers to anyone.

In the same price-range we'd also recommend chicken-lovers try the 1/2 rotisserie chicken dinner with their oven-roasted potatoes. They're a definite 5-star dish also for us.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:45. Arrived at 5:30.

Not a major problem, but had I not been home, it would have been an issue.

Hong Kong City never disappoints. Always good food!!!!
