Focus Furnishing were subcontracted by Curry's care plan to repair my washer dryer. It took very long before they did, they replaced the heating element in the dryer on a Friday, but on Saturday it already broke down again. Since then, they have not been responding to phone calls, I only managed to speak to the reception desk who for nearly two weeks have been telling me that someone would call me back urgently, but nobody ever did. Basically, they denied to correct a faulty repair and there seems to be no redress, no working complaint procedure, no response since the first appointment. Beware! (job number 715-14-145196-D

The problem with the oven was fixed; then the oven door was not put back correctly but was fixed shortly after. The company’s Director of Business Operations monitored the job and ensured it was completed to my satisfaction.

Great work all. I was astonished that so near Xmas that Focus actually completed the clearout of the three homes and then refurnished them to my spec. Unusual to see a company actually surpass expectations these days! Much appreciated.

I booked a move for 2 days and another job for items removed from my garden. The drivers were amazing, they completed the move and came back for the old items in the evening. Damien was very helpful on the day and a pleasure to deal with.

Awful company my cooker caught fire and they said they would fix it I’ve been waiting 3 months now had no contact from them every time I called them they told me they were waiting on the spare parts ridiculous I’d stay clear of this company

A short notice order, with a very narrow delivery slot. Focus could not have been more helpful, flexible and prompt. Furthermore the product was excellent, well priced and in stock!

Utterly useless, call them up with a problem and they pass the buck, their management team don't know how to talk to people, what hope is there for the rest of the team, they have taken the hob top from my cooker, albiet probably by mistake however I've been on the phone to them for 2 weeks now with no sign as to when the problem will be resolved! Avoid if you can!!!

Worst curtains company I have ever dealt with , they never turn up on time , 5 appointments & the job still not finished , sometimes they keep you waiting for 8 hours and at the last minute they messaged you " sorry, your curtains are not ready so you need to email the office to arrange another appointment " , then you start wondering why they sent me a text message at 9am saying " your curtains have been dispatched to be fitted today between 9am & 4pm !!!??? . they will never answer your phone calls , all you get from them is the standard emails .
