Please find a better company to manage your warranty repairs they are hopeless in every way possible
Ridiculous company . I Waited in all day ,yes they only make full day appointments with no clue on time ! .
They didn’t even bother to call or answer their phone , or respond to WhatsApp….. or emergency email address .
Not sure why they even bother to give you these details . Total sham .
Definitely hope the people doing the repairs are able to do better than the people who control the appointments …. Can’t really comment on that as they didn’t even bother turning up !
Don’t worry tho …. They made me a new appointment a week later when I’m not in without even discussing it with me . Then sent an email to remind me that if I’m not in for my appointment time they will charge me !
I would cancel the appointment but after 100 phone calls to a dead phone number I give up and will leave this in the hands of Delonghi who currently employ these clowns . I’m glad I’m not alone with my bad feedback . Hard to believe they have 4 star reviews , something not right there .

Absolutely terrible I can't stress this enough avoid avoid avoid
Starting with trying to get through for few days which is impossible!!! To engineer instead of coming asking to sent a picture which resulted next engineer coming the very next day to take a picture himself
What a nightmare of the company

Excellent service! ⭐️
The service provided by Focus Furnishing was excellent! I was expecting the delivery of my washer-dryer yesterday but due to some issues from the jobs prior to mine they had to reschedule it. I emailed their support and it just took a matter of minutes ‘til I received a response and David was very helpful with rescheduling and making sure that it will be delivered the next day which it did. I received my washer-dryer early in the morning and the two delivery guys were very helpful, nice, and professional. Hence, the 5 star rating. ☺️

My cooker wasn’t working for two weeks.Ilyas the engineer came and fixed it quickly and also gave me advice on how to operate the cooker.He was very polite,kind and professional towards me.

Quick service
I ordered an oven from them and after they installed it, my stove stopped working. They are absolutely terrible, do not order anything from them. They do not know how to do their job.

They solved the issue quickly.

They did everything! Furnitures, appliances, delivery next day... even took my old stuff away. Honestly I wasn’t expecting all that. Other companies just leave things at the front door, but these guys? They brought it in, set it up, installed everything and cleaned up after. Even took my rubbish too 😂. Avoid this company if you can
If I could give 0 stars I would - they were suppose to give my range a service beginning of jan.
The engineer left without fixing the faulty hob but claimed it had be finished.
15 phone calls later, during which I have been told an engineer is coming out 5 times, I’ve had suspicious calls at 9pm from engineers who knew all my details, claiming to come and fix the hob, but never turning up, I’ve had further phone calls from other engineers claiming to be from this company stating the engineer who called was “a bad man” and should not come in the house - and today… when I phoned yet again, instead of an apology, I was told that I need to “understand a few things”, and that I would be phoned back by end of day to resolve this issue… and still not phone call.
Nearly 2 months later my hob still doesn’t work, despite having paid upfront.
Avoid using this company - they seem to have data breaches, poor engineers and cannot run efficiency.

I suggest you read the notes before answering. The information you have written here is incorrect. This fault did not occur after the visit - it was the reason for the first call out.
Eventually the problem has been dealt with, in total I had to call you 22 times to get this fixed 2 months after the initial call out.

following the initial visit in January, the job was recalled by Repairtech as the fault occurred after the original service. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated to us by Repairtech at the time. Instead, they arranged for a replacement part to be sent directly, which according to their records was delivered, however, this did not appear on our system and we were not informed of this either as the job was essentially closed on our end.
We as Focus Furnishing are a third party engineer contractor who work with Repairtech, Repairtech contracts us to send an engineer to a particular repair job and then we call the customer to book an engineer visit in. We are bound by their procedures and this means that any works that we do has to first be authorised by Repairtech.
James from Repairtech has confirmed that customers may receive calls from engineers on withheld numbers, as the Repairtech contact system uses withheld caller ID by default. Please be assured that any calls from our team at FOCUS would show as standard, identifiable numbers. Furthermore, our office operating hours are from 9am to 5pm, after 5pm some engineers may still work until latest 6pm, after that the engineers are not able to make calls to customers, this means that any calls coming in at 9pm cannot be from our company.
We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the procedure, Please consider directing the complaint towards Repairtech as we did follow the procedure set out by Repairtech contract terms , as mentioned before we were not made aware of the recall of the job and therefore could not take any further action to do the works needed. If we were made aware of this please be assured that we would have dealt with this repair in an efficient and timely manner if we were allowed to by Repairtech.
