A great company to do business with
A great company to do business with. As part of my role, I manage 75 properties and regularly refurnish when occupiers move. I was looking for a new supplier and contacted a number of companies, but nobody came close to Focus on price, stock availability and service. We are now able to turnaround properties in days rather than weeks and Focus have helped extensively with our crib 5 requirements. Marc Yerrell, Accommodation Manager, Stowe Group

Terrible company
Terrible company - don’t use them. Don’t answer calls, keep you at ransom with deposit money and cancellation policies even though you are the one waiting for hours and then they just decide not to show up without any contact to advise why they won’t make it.

Hi Lodewikus,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
After reviewing our records, it appears we don't have any orders under your name, so there may be some confusion. It's possible that another company with a similar name is involved. Additionally, most of our work at Focus Furnishing is B2B and contract-based, where we typically do not deal with individual customers or accept deposits.
We are a company based in North London, so please check the address where you made your purchase to ensure it matches ours. However, if this review is regarding Focus Furnishing, I'd love the opportunity to make it right. Please send your order details to our customer care team at customercare@focusfurnishing.co.uk so we can investigate further and address your concerns.
Thank you for your understanding, and I hope we can resolve this for you.
Oven not usable due to faulty door catch.
Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to reschedule the engineer'. s visit. The company were most accommodating. Having rearranged the visit, the engineer arrived promptly and undertook the repair effectively and efficiently. An excellent job well done.
