Online ordering process was easy, but then there was no further communication other than repeated requests for a review of a service I had yet to receive. Queried the lack of progress via the online chat which quickly resolved the issue and delivery was arranged. Flooring arrived as arranged with the driver phoning ahead to let us know when he was expecting to arrive. Flooring was as ordered, all that remains is to lay it.

Iam looking for an oak stair case they sent me what appears to be a bit of flooring as a sample. But they were true to their promise to post ut off.

We placed our order on Good Friday. So, we were pleasantly suprised to receive a call, just the next day, to arrange delivery. All good so far. Delivery was arranged for Friday 5 April (yesterday) So, I'd taken the day off to wait in, & my partner had taken the weekend off work to then lay the floor. However, I started to worry when midday came & went, & I'd still not heard regarding the time slot. I tried to contact Floor Monster by phone, but theirs is a premium rate number & my mobile plan wouldn't allow the call. Next, I tried their 'chat' service, yet no response. So, I finally resorted to an email. That was yesterday afternoon &, as of yet, I've recieved no response. I know that they work Saturdays, as it was just last Saturday they called to arrange the delivery. So ??? What to do now? I took a day off for nothing. My partner took the weekend off for nothing. Not to mention my Father, our landlord. His blood pressure is going through the roof, worrying that we've been scammed! What can I say, Floor Monster have gone from a potential 5 star, to a 1 star in the space of a week! Floor Monster ... if you read this please do call us!

date for delivery was the 28th still haven’t received it not happy as I have a deadline to complete a job by Friday

I placed the order for a customer of mine and what turned up was nothing like the sample she was sent.
She has now had to purchase an alternative from a local supplier as she’s in the middle of a refurb.
She is now stuck with the packs from Floor Monster as they won’t collect them or refund her

Floor monster sent samples to me, happy with their service will definitely be buying from them soon
