Fast efficient service

Purchased many items this last week. Always a very simple ordering system, no issues whatsoever.
A well recommended company.

Very speedy delivery prompt as stated. Left in exact area that I stated and I was kept up to date all the way through

I realised immediately after ordering that I'd forgotten something, with a few minutes to go before the order cut off time. I phoned and spoke to a human (itself unusual now), who amended the order straight away. Delivery was fast as per the web site, and the product excellent.

Help with selection of pump and super efficient ordering / delivery. It has just arrived!

Ordered and delivered within 24 hours, Exactly what I needed to complete the task.

Excellent same day dispatch of a large order. Very pleased.

The pump was packaged well and delivered promptly. I would like to have a little more advice on the necessary dimensions of the outlet hose pipe - for example, internal dimension?

This company provided me with an excellent Puddle Pump to enable me to clear excess rainwater from the bottom of my garden. Their online video was most useful.

The company answered all my queries. Kept me well informed on the progress of my order and let me know when to expect the delivery. Cannot give any details on the product as not yet delivered, but expected this week.

Would have been 5* but I missed a part of my order and was hit with a £20 min order charge when I ordered the missing part. Apart from that the service was excellent.

Very good website. Plenty of choice with details about each model. Easy to order. Product, which was very well packed, arrived as expected.

The company replaced a defective pump immediately and at no cost to myself.

Queries responded to promptly and pump tracking information given

We found the sales staff very helpful . The delivery was first class and the problem with our flooding is very much reduced. Thank you.

It’s taken me a week or so to get to my second home where the basement has flooded in the past. Followed all the instructions but as not flooded currently poured a bucket of water into the sump. Pump started as expected, drained the water and then stopped. On showing the pump to my wife it didn’t work even doing everything exactly the same. The pump was on but not pumping. After moving the pump about and holding it to one side it drained as expected. Did I do something wrong??? Your pump looks and sounds good and did a good job for the first time but not the second. Suggestions please. Thank you.

Suggest you use a different delivery partner than DHL as my next day delivery (Friday) is now Monday. Be quicker to bail the flood out with a spoon. Can’t comment on the pump itself until I receive it!! I have to add that this is entirely the fault of DHL; the order was fulfilled swiftly and passed to DHL promptly. Unfortunate that this has caused an issue for the supplier but I can only comment on my experience of the whole service which includes the delivery.

The advice provided by Tammy Fowkes was excellent. In an exchange of emails she was able to assess our requirements and identify a choice of two pumps she thought would be suitable. We chose the SP2.4 which we ordered and has since been delivered. About to set it up.

I like the product. I'm not sure the clips have enough adjustment to firmly clip to frame but I think it will be suitable for at least one of my doors. I shall order another soon at a different size.

The parcel delivery service wasn't very good. It was misrouted and until the last few hours I had no idea when it would arrive as tracking wasn't reliable until this time.
