Replacing my water pump
My water pump failed in the garden (my fault), contacted Flood and Water Pumps late in the day about buying a new one - they responded the following morning with costs and timeline for delivery. Great Service and product, I wish more companies were like this - Thank you

The Pump was slightly delayed on the delivery, but that was the transport not the company.
Although we've not used the product as yet, it looks a beast of a pump which looks very well made.

To be honest quite disappointed in…
To be honest quite disappointed in product- well instructions for product. I just assumed I could phone up and speak to technical support/ that was the whole point of ordering from them- but no, you get an automated message telling you to email and someone will get back within 48 hours! Not good when you have a flooded basement. I’m a woman on my own and wanted step by step guidance- the booklet is crap. Virtually no water coming out the end of the tibe and beginning to think item is not fit for purpose.. wasn’t going to take to here to complain but they did email asking me to do survey so I am just being honest! Is there supposed to be a little torrent of water coming out of the blue nipple at the bottom of the device? I paid £140 as I thought it would be quicker than mop and bucket.. it’s not!
