My booking ID.1900519569 and flight details are from Dublin to hyderabad on 24th June 2022 and hyderabad to Dublin on 29th July. I had requested for name change for my wife into srivani Nagella from sridevi Nagella, name change happened by paying extra €70. we flew through to hyderabad on 24th of June however our boarding was denied by etihad on 29th July to Dublin, I gone through the investigation, many calls to lastminute.com and etihad Airways and the final output was name change couldn't happened for inbound (eticket didn't created) due to the error from lastmimute.com (bravofly) , it caused us so much distress and inconvenience, so I had to book new tickets to Dublin and it costs me few grands again.
Do not book any flights with lastminute.com or bravo fly as they are both under same umbrella.

9 months in advance we booked flights to see the family for the first time in 3 years through LastMinute.
4 months later (still 5 months to go before we travel), LastMinute claims all 4 flights have been cancelled by the airline, but we talked to the airline and it's not the case. Also, apparently, no alternative is available which is a blatant lie as there is one 10 hours later. The airline has confirmed that LastMinute just need to call them because there is plenty of availability on the next flights, instead LastMinute are cancelling all our flights.
It's impossible to talk to anyone who can actually do something for us and the airline can't do anything because we booked through LastMinute.
An absolute disgrace of a company.

I'm writing this not for sympathy but to provide facts on how people can be treated when travelling abroad via Lastminute.com
Here are the facts
- Wednesday 20th July we checked into our flight in Manchester and the attendant told us that our flight was unconnected. The term I've since learnt is a self transfer flight meaning we had to re-check in for our flight to San Francisco in London
- The Manchester flight was 25 minutes delayed and our bags took 55 minutes to arrive. We missed our flight to San Francisco.
- After pleading for hours, we gave in and decided to have a few days in London. All on our own cost.
- Chris found some strength from somewhere and managed to book us on a flight from Gatwick to Barcelona to San Francisco 4 days later than our original date
Wednesday last week week, we phoned Iberia to confirm everything was in hand with our return flight. It was and the flights were operated by a subsidiary, British Airways where our flights were fully connected to Manchester
We arrived at San Francisco airport yesterday and guess what?!! No booking! The reason given is that as we weren't on the very first flight that was missed due to a flight and bagga delay, we were viewed as a no show in San Francisco!! Clearly systems aren't talking to each other.
After 8 hours of calls and battles yesterday, we missed all UK flights and have checked into yet another hotel on our expense. Paying for the taxi, our dinner and overnight stay.
Iberia, British Airways and Lastminute.com failed to take accountability over us. Iberia stated they had re-booked us, British Airways saying iberia havent re-issued a new ticket and Lastminute.com closing at 8pm UK time!!
Given the continued diabolical customer service battle between 3 large corporations unwilling to accept responsibility, we have yet again paid from our own expenses for a new flight via Dublin on Air Lingus tonight. We are a day late and our Manchester airport parking will charge us for the late penalty fee!!
So if you are travelling with a 3rd party to anywhere (Lastminute.com is our 3rd party) please check the following:
- Are you on a self transfer flight and if so, do you have enough time to re-check in between flights. If you can, press for a connecting flight, this means your bags will go from the first port of call to the final destination and you don't have to leave and re-check in.
- operating times of the 3rd party organisation in the event of an emergency
- emergency contact details of all organisations involved
- plenty of charge on your phones and ideally taken an international connection plan on your phone.
- if you can, direct book with the flight companies and not a 3rd party (I appreciate the 3rd parties often provide better pricing so make sure your insurance covers this type of issue)

Booked flights this morning, as I hit the pay button fit automatically added a premium service which was an extra £30.
I then tried to contact the business about this, the chat service is not helpful at all there are no live operators it just says thanks for your booking. The phone number is the same no options to even speak to anyone.
What a terrible and pathetic excuse for a business!!!

I booked through last minute.com and paid extra money for flexible flight to change if needed but when I call then to postpone my flight and confirm it through the phone they send me an email which I didn’t read because of my sickness they cancel my flight an refuse to refund or change my flight of £500.

I would advise you not to book flights through this company. Their inability to help me navigate through their system in order to get boarding passes was so frustrating! We were left to scout around for access to a printer after spending the last night of our holiday trying to use the bespoke email and reference numbers they’d attached to our Ryanair flights. Apparently you can’t use phone evidence of bookings on third party booking sites,Never again!!!

Please avoid using their service. I had a really bad experience with them. I had issue booking an urgent flight for the date I want to travel. They booked me for wrong date. I noticed the dates were wrong when I received the email very next day. Immediately I called them and asked for change of date. They requested me to wait 2-3 days to process the change of date. I needed to fly within 5 days of the change requested date. I called them everyday so that i will get ticket to fly on time. The customer service kept on tell me that it is in the process and they will call me. Today which is 2 days remaining from the date i want to travel. They cancel my request of change of date saying they are unable to contact me. I am in a place where i cannot receive a call. I was calling them from Skype. I told them so many times that i am unable to receive a call, rather transfer my call to the correct department or give me their number so that i can call them. I spoke to like 15 different agents today and non of them i felt were helpful. I asked them for a refund and they even cannot do that. I last spoken to Xheson (one of the agent), which i found he was not helpful at all. I was trying to explain him the situation and he was unable to transfer the call, neither give me the number that i can call or process a full refund so that i can fly on coming Saturday. PLEASE AVOID USING LASTMINUTE.COM

Requested a date change with lastminute.com on my inbound flight, due to a timing change with the airline. After waiting on the phone for hours to be cut off time and time again I actually managed to get through and speak to someone called Eron. He put my request through (or so I thought) and he said I need to wait up to 5 days for confirmation of this request. On day 7 and on my actually holiday I’m still chasing this god awful company since I still haven’t received confirmation. I called several times, due to getting cut off again, and finally spoke to a lady. She said my request hasn’t been submitted but a refund was issued instead!!!! That is not what I asked for. She said I needed to wait a further 5 days for confirmation for my actual request - a standard term they use so it seems, therefore back to square one. I will actually be back home in 5 days, so there’s absolutely no use. I have spent hours chasing this company to be fobbed off, the staff are clearly incompetent as they cannot even deal with a simple request. If you’re lucky you will speak to someone, but be prepared for a very long wait; and you may as well be speaking to a bot as they don’t seem to have any authority to make decisions or actually help resolve problems. Extremely disappointed with this outcome and no one at lastminute.com actually cares. They just want to take your money. Avoid this so called company at all costs.

No service! You pay for extra but you get a response from a BOT. They cancelled my return flight without any explanation and try to get rid of me by given 100 euro as the costs of this flight (it is package including hotel). The coste for a last minute flight for 2 persons is minimal 900 euro... ! And they are not paying for it. They should look for an alternate flight.. they tell you they are looking but ...nobody can call you due to technical problems .. for 2 weeks ??? This is a scam! Software (BOT) no real support

A ticket I booked through Lastminute needed to be changed. And I was in for my worst nightmare ever!
I submitted the date change request which after two weeks was declined by Lastminute. Thereafter, I submitted another request (for a different date) for which 2-3 weeks after I received a quotation. I immediately accepted it. Two days later Lastminute emailed and confirmed that they will make the necessary changes and asked me not to call or email. Three weeks later, they canceled the very same quotation saying the price went up. They cannot honor their own words or the quotation issued by them. They apparently do not refund the fare if you cancel tickets. And worst of all, their customer care- if you contact them they put you on hold and terminate the chat.

The worst company we’ve ever dealt with.
If I could give zero stars that would be kind. This company is beyond awful. Placed in the wrong hotel and when we contacted said it’s not their problem. Contacted numerous times, totally unhelpful and took no responsibility. Tried to check in for our flight home but no boarding passes sent. Contacted them again and was told we will give you a refund there is a technical problem. No help at all. Cannot stress how bad this company really is. Why oh why are they still in business. Avoid like the plague.
