Keinerlei Erreichbarkeit nach Flugplanänderung mit zwei Schulpfichtigen Kindern: Nach abgeschlossener Buchung wurde im Nachhinein einige Monate später der Rückflug um einen Tag nach hinten gelegt, so dass unsere Kinder nicht rechtzeitig zum Schulbeginn wieder in Deutschland sind. Über das Lastminute-Portal kann man lediglich eine Umbuchung veranlassen, diese soll ca. 2000€ Kosten. Anwalt & Verbraucherzentrale müssen eingeschaltet werden, zerstörte Urlaubsfreude...
Wer das vermeiden möchte sollte hier auf keinen Fall buchen!

I had a very disappointing experience with Lastminute.

At first, I tried to book flights that were advertised at around €1,811. I have a refund voucher with a nominal value of €193.80, but there was no option to apply it during the payment process, so I had to call customer service for assistance.

After they applied the voucher, the total price was approximately €1,775, which meant I received almost no real benefit from using it. At the same time, I had another booking link showing the same flights for around €1,811 without using any voucher, making the discount seem misleading.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative who sent me the booking link was very rude and did not communicate professionally. The overall service was poor, and I felt frustrated throughout the process.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Lastminute, especially if you plan to redeem a refund voucher. It was a very disappointing experience.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Last minute.com do not care about customer service. All they care about is ripping as much ‘extra’ money from you as possible.

I booked a week in Crete with them, but the website kept freezing at the payment process.
I called them and they said they’d send me an email to complete the booking.
Unknown to me was the fact that they had changed my name around so that it was the wrong way round; surname first.
I didn’t enter it this way.
They wouldn’t change it back and sent me a bill for £40 to have it altered.
When I said ‘no’ they sent me a bill for £50.

Just pure ‘dishonesty’

Customer service rude

Customer service rude , untrained, can't contact anyone, no complaints email, worst company to deal with no help, God forbid if you were stranded, I reported to yhem several times the accommodation wasn't answering , buy they basically said not their problem. I'm surprised they are allowed to trade as a company at all.

Terrible company

Terrible company - prices not even that great, but customer service is the real dis-connect here. Cant answer simple questions and sent me the same generic reply 3x. The only good part is that I was so frustrated with their site, that I found " All Inclusive Outlet who has better deals and great customer service

If the owners are reading this, your agents who reply - should be replaced by AI immediately

Wir mussten den Flug nach Jordanien am 22.3. annullieren, da eine Reisewarnung bestand. Wir hatten den Flug 4 Tage vor Abflug annulliert! Leider hat die Dame am Chat diese Informationen nicht weiter gegeben, da die Dame selber sehr schlecht Deutsch gesprochen hat!
Lastminute behauptet wir seien selber schuld und gibt uns auch keinen Voucher.....
Nach langem hin und her, konnten wir endlich mit einem Angestellten sprechen, dieser kann uns nur eine kleine Entschädigung (falls diese wirklich eintrifft) von CHF 109.-- anbieten. Der Flug wollten wir verschieben, aber dies ist scheinbar bei lastminute.com nciht möglich!!! Also Vorsicht!!

They want me to pay €105 for a €0 refund

I have to hand it to lastminute.com. Their business model is truly revolutionary.

I asked to edit dates or cancel a trip I paid €350 for. Their customer service agent was incredibly kind and told me, "I will help you out. Do not worry." 24 hours later, the "help" arrived in the form of a bill.

Their math:
- Step 1: I give them my booking back for free so they can sell my tickets to someone else and make a double-profit.
- Step 2: I pay them an additional €105 "handling fee" for the privilege.
- Step 3: They give me €0 in return.

In what world does a "refund" involve the customer paying more money to the company in exchange for absolutely nothing?

It’s not a travel site—it’s a social experiment in how much people will pay to be insulted. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid like the plague

I made a last-minute booking with this company (Ref: 3181290021), and my experience has been extremely frustrating.

Since 12/04/2026, I’ve been trying to amend my booking, but it has been nearly impossible to get any real help. There is no proper customer support—every time I reach out, I’m either put off or told someone will follow up, which never actually happens.

They claim to call back, but when they do, the phone only rings once and immediately goes to an engaged tone when answered. It feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid speaking to customers.

Overall, there is a serious lack of customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Lastminute Keeps Routing Us Through the Middle East Conflict Despite Safer Alternatives.

The customer service from Lastminute has been an absolute nightmare.

Our flight home has now been delayed by more than five days due to the conflict in the Middle East. Despite this, Lastminute keeps rebooking us on flights that go through the Middle East, where the situation is still unstable and flights are frequently cancelled.

There are many alternative routes available directly to Europe or via Asia, but they continue to place us on routes through the conflict area. As a result, the flights they book for us keep getting cancelled.

When we contact their customer service, the agents say they are unable to make any changes to the booking. Instead, they tell us that another department must handle it and that we need to wait for them to contact us. We have now been waiting for three days since the last update without hearing anything.

This situation has completely disrupted our trip and effectively ruined our vacation. On top of that, we are now also losing income because we are unable to work from here while we wait for them to resolve the situation.

Avoid this nightmare of a company

Update: Lastminute called us today after we had been waiting three days for them to return our call. They informed us that our flight has been cancelled and that the only option they can offer is a new flight on April 11th. Our original return date was March 5th.

However, we can clearly see on Lastminute’s own website that there are many available flights every single day, including tickets available as early as tomorrow.

This appears to be a clear violation of the Package Travel Act, which states that if a significant part of the travel service cannot be provided as agreed, the organizer must offer suitable alternative arrangements without additional cost and without unnecessary delay.

Offering a return flight more than a month after the original return date, while earlier flights are clearly available on their own website, cannot reasonably be considered an alternative provided “without unnecessary delay.”

DO NOT TRUST AT ALL COST

DO NOT TRUST AT ALL COST. This is SCAM. It was our first time but WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM ANYMORE. This will be advertised with BOOKING.COM as flight+hotel but will be managed by lastminute.com. We booked full trip with them, flight + hotels to Albania then they will offer a package (discounted), so it sounded so catchy. After initial payment, THEY WILL TELL YOU the flights we chose changed and it is impossible for us to agree with the new time frame. So they will offer refund. Then when I followed up my refund, I WAS TOLD I SHOULDN’T BE REFUNDED because of s certain package and I was told “the next time I should not book that kind of package”. This company scammed us by drastically changing our flights into an impossible times so we will back out. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK HERE AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO DARE. I lost £129 in total from them. They never gave the money back. Awful customer care too.

Never again

Never ever again. Inept, inefficient and totally useless. The most stressful holiday I've ever been on. They don't even have a complaints procedure in place and customer service just aren't interested. Absolute joke.

Last minute.com - Apathy and uncaring

Last minute.com - zero rating 98% says it all - Avoid frustration and hideous lack of customer care and do not use them. Cannot contact them - they clearly have no customer care ethic - they are certainly not a cheap option but provide no assistance or acknowledgement of problems with bookings - truly the worst uncaring company in any circumstance I have had to deal with

Disappointing Booking Experience with lastminute.com

I had a disappointing experience with lastminute.com. While booking through them seemed like a convenient option to arrange both hotel and flight tickets quickly, it ended up costing me more than if I had booked independently, contrary to their claims of cost savings. The real issue arose when there was a strike at my destination airport on the day of my flight, leading to all flights being cancelled. Unfortunately, lastminute.com failed to inform me about the strike and did not respond to the airline’s attempts to rebook my flight. Additionally, they did not submit my contact information to the airline, which left me unaware of the situation until my day of arrival. Consequently, the airline arranged alternative flights with an overnight layover at another airport but did not provide a hotel layover, stating that it was lastminute.com's responsibility due to their lack of response. Imagine my surprise and frustration, finding out about the strike only upon arriving at the airport, and discovering changes to my booking that I had not been informed about. This oversight forced me to pay for a hotel night that I could not use. When I contacted lastminute.com to request a refund from the hotel, they refused to help, citing my direct communication with the airline as the reason. Overall, the lack of support and communication from lastminute.com significantly disrupted my travel plans and added unnecessary stress and expense to my trip.

Disappointed with last minutes

I wanted too book a hotel in booking.com site but as long as I clicked on the package that I selected, it said powered by lastminute.com and diverted me to the lastminute. I thought its a part of booking.com but it seems not. The customer service is terrible just an online digital chat with ridiculous answers. The phone number is not accessible, there is no email address. I booked for end of March not sure if I can have any holiday with their package. Irresponsible website, they said they booked me with Lufthansa airline but as I checked the airline there is no ticket. Spent two days to contact them with any other way just the stupid chat, unsuccessful :(

dont book as if thing go wrong your stuck

So flight was delayed twice and then cancelled and as we booked with last minute.com BA did not rebook us a light and we had to try and call last minute.com back speaking to someone is impossible. Then the only flight offered was so the same day we were due to come back on. I was told 14 days for the refund but now im told it could take 2 months for a refund. The idea behind this site is great but when things go wrong its a mess and im still trying so sort it and seems i will be till March. A they say its the airline and the airline say you have to go back to them.
