Uwaga oszuści.
Przyleciałam na lotnisko w Warszwie 11 lipca. Nie wydali mi samochodu bo nie mialam karty kredytowej. Pan na stanowisku z glupim usmiechem zaproponowal mi zniesienie kaucji za 3500 zlotych gdzie zaplacilam za auto 560 euro z ubezpieczeniem. Facet anulowal moja rezerwacje i powiedzial prosze wynajac gdzie indziej jak nie zgodzilam sie na te warunki. Poprosilam o rozmowe z kierownikiem to mi powiedzial ze go nie ma i ze nie bedzie do niego dzwonil. Takiego zlodziejstwa nie widzialam nigdzie na swiecie à karta debetowa zaplacilam za nowy wynajem zaraz obok w Avis bez problemu. Wiec ich wymaganie karty kredytowej od klientow jest czystym zlodziejstwem i wprowadzaniem klientow w blad i brakiem jakiej kolwiek etyki. Zapowiadam ze na pewno tak tego nie zostawie i sprawa zajmuje sie juz adwokat, bo jak widze po komentarzach nie jestem jedyna osoba ktora zostala wprowadzona w blad. I nic im uniemozliwia wziecia kaucji z karty debetowej skoro w innych wypozyczalniach nie jest to problemem. Dodam jeszcze ze klienta przed nami ten sam pan naciagnal na ich ubezpieczenie prawie grozac ze jak go nie wezmie to na pewno skonczy sie to dla niego zle.
Razaca nieuczciwosc i moga byc pewni ze ja tego tak nie zostawie. Zostalam oszukana na 560 euro bez zadnego nawet czesciowego zwrotu, zostawiona na lodzie z malym dzieckiem, tylko dlatego ze koles chcial wyciagnac ode mnie dodatkowe 3500 zlotych. Spodziewajcie sie pisma od mojego adwokata à pana ktory tego dnia mnie obslugiwal z glupim usmiechem pociagne do odpowiedzialnosci za probe wyłudzenia pieniedzy i zrobie to tylko dlatego ze widzac mnie z malym dzieckiem nie zaproponowal mi zadnego rozwiazania, chcial wyłudzić pieniadze i nie pofatygowal sie nawet zadzwonic do kierownika ktory o godz. 14 niby skonczyl juz dzien pracy. I jak widze odpowiedzi flex to go tutaj to mi sie rzygać chce na taką arogancje. A za takie zachowanie sie placi i zaplaca z to tego moga byc pewni.

Bardzo wygodne biuro na Okęciu. Rzetelna i sprawa obsługa. Parking bardzo blisko wyjścia. Auta w ofercie nowiutkie! Polecam!

I got a nice, clean car. It was even better that it was booked. Good price.
I had some issues with the contact, but later on they fixed the problem.

The drop-off protocol that I have been emailed shortly after the end of my rental agreement claimed that there were 2 new vehicle damages; scratches on the rear bumper and abrasions on the left side door.

At the drop-off, I asked for the inspection of the car and it was refused by the desk staff. I was told that it will be done later on. As the car inspection was done without my presence and a couple of hours later I am not taking responsibility for damages that were not present at that moment of drop off.

I have emailed costumer service very detailed photos of all sides of the car as evidence with the date and time stamps clearly showing that the car's body was intact at the drop-off and there are no such damages as claimed in the document they provided.

I have also noticed that on the official drop-off document that I was sent by email, it was claimed that I have left the keys in the key box. That fact is not correct, as I dropped the keys during office hours and even had a conversation with one of the desk employees.

I have asked for photo evidence to support their claim. None were sent. After a couple of weeks I have received an email from costumer service saying that they will treat the “damages” as normal consumption and I’ll not be charged. What a waste of time. There were no damages in the first place.

If you want peace of mind please avoid this company. Desk staff at Gdańsk airport were extremely rude, especially the woman. They’ve also tried to sell us some dodgy extra Insurace, even tho we bought full insurance online when we reserved the car.

Na lotnisku w Gdańsku nie wydali mi samochodu ponieważ nie posiadałem karty kredytowej (miałem debetową) a pieniądze, które z góry zapłaciłem za 13dniowy wynajem (ponad 1200PLN) zatrzymali. Czyli skasowali mnie 1200 i jeszcze dysponowali samochodem... super business model.
A tak na serio to ja rozumiem, że nie dopełnieniem warunków przez brak karty kredytowej więc może obciążenie mnie kosztami wynajmu w wysokości 10-20% byłoby fair, ale zatrzymanie całej kwoty którą zapłaciłem jest nikczemne.
Dodam tylko, że byłem na lotnisku z rocznym dzieckiem i jego mamą a brak pojazdu wiązał się z dużą ilością stresu, straconego czasu i środków finansowych ... wymarzony początek wakacji.

Teraz niby odpowiedzieli na maila (po prawie miesiącu od złożenia skargi, pewnie po to aby zniechęcić i przeczekać) ale oczywiście próbują wymigać się od odpowiedzialności.

Reasumując Flexrent tylko czyha na potknięcia klientów..

Do Flexrent customer service:
darujcie sobie waszą standardową odpowiedź o dostępności warunków umowy itp bo według mojego adwokata i tak nie są one zgodne z kodeksem cywilnym co będziemy się starali dowieść w sądzie.
Oczywiście poinformuję także urząd ochrony konsumentów o waszych nadużyciach.

Z takimi standardami obsługi klienta daleko nie zajedziecie!

Nie polecam, odradzam i ostrzegam. Czekam na zwrot niesłusznie pobranych pieniędzy z mojego konta pomimo iż reklamacja/skarga została uwzględniona i zapewniony zostałem zwrocie pieniędzy mailowo w ciągu 14dni roboczych na konto które wskazałem. Nigdy więcej nie pożyczę samochodu z tej firmy i będę odradzał niestety na własnym przykładzie. Firma nie odpowiada na maile poza 2 mailami (czekałem cały miesiąc aby obsługa klienta Customer @ flextogo com w końcu odpisala na skargę ) , nie odbierała telefonów, nie odpisywała na smsy,! Niestey firma już całkiem przestała odpisywać na maile. Sprawę muszę zgłosić dalej ponieważ nie otrzymałem zwrotu moich PIENIĘDZY. Nigdy więcej.

Nie polecam nikomu i przestrzegam wszystkich bo ja nie przeczytałam recenzji i to był błąd
Pani z obsługi bardzo namolna wciskając ubezpieczenia naciągając na grube sumy .. nawet w pewnym momencie groziła ze musimy kupić
Nikt nie wyszedł sprawdzić auta przy odbiorze bo ponoć tego nie robią
Zabukowany golf w automacie a dostałam jakiś biedny koreański cały zarysowany
Auto na zimowych oponach a tu 30 stopni
Po powrocie z mojej karty zabrano 1200zł za rysy które JUŻ BYŁY WCZEŚNIEJ I NA TO MAM ZDJĘCIA I PROTOKÓŁ WYDANIA AUTA
Bardzo jestem zawiedziona nadmienię ze koło 8 lat korzystamy z wypożyczalni i nigdy nikt nas tak nie potraktował

The worst rentals cars company I have seen no customer service at all, we rent car full to full, ee ee drove from airport I saw we had half tank, tried to call them more than 10 times , no one picked up phone, I took photos of half tank send it to them per email, but no reaction, we give them car also with half full ( even more than half full),we came back to NL and today ee received email they charged us 100€ for full tank. Never again with scam company, very BAD COMPANY FLEX TO GO. we sent emails to Customer service but no one relay to us, Krakow airport should remove Flex to go from there.

Skusiła mnie niska cena a pułapką było nie przeczytanie recenzji miałem zapłacić kaucję której nie chcieli pobrać ponieważ akceptują kartę płatniczą. Podałem kartę visa debet pan stwierdził że nie odpowiednia, podałem visa Credit Card również nie odpowiednia więc spytałem jaką akceptują odpowiedział płatniczą( a to nie są karty płatnicze? I czy na waszej stronie nie jest napisane że, takie akceptujecie?) tym samym musiałem zapłacić dodatkowe ubezpieczenie na ponad 200 funtów i już nie było problemu przyjęcie tej kwoty z jednej z tych kart. Jest mi cholernie ciężko ponieważ jechałem na pogrzeb własnego ojca, gdy by nie to zrezygnował bym z ich usług. Pisałem przed wynajmem a po zapłacie online kilka email do biura reklamacji na adres który podaliście i nie odpisują w czasie. Dodzwonić się też było bardzo trudno. Pan w biurze na lotnisku Rzeszów zamotany i nie potrafił odpowiedzieć na podstawowe pytania. Myślę że pozew grupowy poszkodowanych osób będzie odpowiednią formą podziękowania za ich usługi. Samochody wynajmuje od 13 lat i nigdy nie przytrafiło mi się takie doświadczenie. Moja karta spełniała wasze wymagania a wasze biuro nie odpowiada. Odpowiedz na mojego email dostałem tydzień temu, po miesiącu. Trzeba być idiotą by od waszej firmy wynajmować samochód. Wasza odpowiedz na moją recenzje jest taka że spełniłem wszystkie wasze wymagania a mimo wszystko nie uznaliście mojej karty płatniczej. Pan na lotnisku nawet na nią nie spojrzał i uznał że nie odpowiednia kiedy go zapytałem przez jaki bank była ona wydana nie potrafił odpowiedzieć choć wielkim drukiem jest napisana nazwa banku. Daty ważności również aktualne i ważne do 2026 roku.

Flex Finance was NOT authorized to take money from my account at all. This company claims to pay your rent by taking money from your bank account and paying it on time for you. They have not gotten my permission, I never applied for anything to pay any rent. In fact, for the past 5 or 6 months, I've paid my rent late and been given late fees and been issued 3 or 4 30 day notices to pay rent or be evicted. How is this company "in business and authorized" if they are taking money to pay my rent but I'm on the verge of eviction?

I've asked my property manager over the phone and in person if anyone is paying rent for me and she laughed and said of course not.

Flex has taken $14.99 membership fee and $503.75 from my checking account. I disputed it and got my money back but 60 days later, they charged me again and told my bank they had authorization to do business with me and I said they could take my money.

I've had to close that bank account and stop direct deposit even thought I've had it open over 5 years. I'm now scrambling to find a new bank account to open but I have no trust these people won't find me again. They do not have a phone number and only communicate via email. I did and told them they are taking my money but I have no account or business with them. They asked me to verify my name, email and mailing address. I did and now they are saying my information is their authorization. I just want my refund of my money and for this company to leave me alone

I have rented the car - easy paid extra for cleaning and went of.
Couple of days after the return I got charged for Animal fur, that's very strange as there was no animals in this car and I was the sole user of the car. Contacted customer service via email couple of times asking for pictures - no reply. Contacted customers service via phone and have been advised that the branch will send me the pictures - never arrived. Contacted them again same reassurance, nothing.
I am tired ringing and spending money for calls abroad, it is not honest company. I am renting cars all over Europe every couple of months and this is the 1st time I am in the situation like this. AVOID

After few more weeks the company has contacted and failed to prove that I was wrong, there was no photographic evidence of the car prepared to hire and the company refuses to reply to emails and release refund.

I would strongly advise to avoid this company at all costs.

I picked up a car from Wrocklaw airport, the guy at the counter gave me the key and insisted to buy an insurance, telling me that if I buy this insurance from him, no deposit on my credit card would apply. I refused because I already have bought an excess policy on the internet, I just picked up the car. When I returned the car, no damage whatsoever, the guy at the counter said everything is fine, no car check needed, everything will be done online.... Well, in one day, a damage report was sent to me by Flextogo / Flexrent, telling me I scratched something behind the front bumper. They even sent me some pics but it was obvious that they made the mark using a piece of chalk on the bumper's plastic!!!!! They charged me 350 Euro for nothing!!!! Beware of these scammers!!!

Procedure was easy at the desk at the airport. Car was parked near and was clean.
As i had to return it clean, i did it on a car wash station near airport.
Money deposit release was done nearly 30 days after (Greek bank).

niestety nie przeczytalam wczesniej tych opini i wpadlam w ich siec, wymuszanie ubezpieczenia, dodatkowe oplaty bo karta kredytowa nie ta. w rezultacie na szczescie zrezygnowalam z ich uslug ale tracac pieniadze, ktore zaplacilam juz przez internet... na szczescie, bo wlos mi sie zjezyl jak przeczytalam te recenzje.... pewno wyszlabym na tym jeszcze gorzej.... hujnia, ludzie, ja nie wiem jak ta firma moze jeszcze dzialac?????? nigdy czegos takiego nie przezylam a zjezdzilam kawal swiata, podobnie jak inni co tu napisali opnie. te pozytywne opinie sa na bank podstawione.

Very bad experience, I reseve a car in Modlin, economy cat. but they give me a mini without any optional.
they said that the "sistem" assign me that car and they don't have another, and of course they can not give me refound directly but I have to write to the customer service. No answere.
After they deduct to my card a big ammount for a scretch in the bumper that it was already destroyed when I take the car, (I ship a mail with picture as they told me and no answere).
I wrote and attach the pictures also responding to the mail where they inform about deduction and also in this case no answere, they exist only when they take you money but for all the rest they are gost...
Don't rent here!!!

The booking process was very easy. Arrived at Rzeszów airport to wait at the company hire car desk for 40 minutes as there was no member of staff. Finally he arrived and I was asked to sign the paperwork. I was asked to buy extra insurance. I didn't want it as I had already bought it online with Ryanair. Member of staff was quite insistent that I needed the extra insurance. Very pushy indeed. I got to the car and took photos of the vehicle to show the minor damage it had in the way of light scratches and the wheels etc. The man got angry that I was doing this. Very strange. He said I didn't need to do this so I switched to video as it was becoming weird and I felt like he was going to try to swindle me. Then I took a photo of the guy to prove who had served me. He really didn't like that and then walked off a bit upset but if he had not been so angry and pushy about the extra insurance that I didn't want then I wouldn't of done that.
It was made very clear to me that upon returning the car it needed to be cleaned and fueled up.
So naturally I returned it full up and I cleaned it at the jet wash. Garage just a mile from the airport. Very easy.
Oh what a suprise 3 weeks after I got home this company then took £65 against my credit card saying that it was left with only half a tank of fuel but soon changed their mind when I emailed photos of the fuel gauge and fuel station receipt and photos of jet washing the vehicle.
All in all the vehicles they offer are fine but their customer service is shocking and they obviously try hard to screw their customers.
So if you do use this company, then I strongly advise you to photograph everything and keep all the receipts. They did give me my money back but it took 3 months and they take 3 to 4 weeks to answer emails. Beware.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, oferowane przez nich pojazdy są w porządku, ale ich obsługa klienta jest szokująca i oczywiście bardzo starają się oszukać swoich klientów.
Więc jeśli korzystasz z tej firmy, zdecydowanie radzę sfotografować wszystko i zachować wszystkie rachunki. Zwrócili mi pieniądze, ale zajęło to 3 miesiące, a odpowiadanie na e-maile zajmuje od 3 do 4 tygodni. Strzec się.

Rented a car through Booking.com for pick up at Krakow airport. When I collected the key, the car was already checked upfront so I had to sign a document (which was only in Polish so I couldn't read this at all) for all the existing damages and after that I had to pick up the car from the airport's parking garage. So beware: they make you sign for a damage report before you have seen the car yourself. When I returned the car there was a line of waiting people at the rental desk, so the employee at the desk notice I came to return a key and he just collected the key and told me everything would be fine. I did not have to sign anything.
More than 2 weeks later I suddenly received an e-mail in which Flex to go stated that there was a new scratch found on the car. At the same moment more than 400 euros was deducted from my credit card. I e-mailed to Flex to go immediately because I am a 100% sure that no damages occured during my 4 day rental period. They have never replied to my e-mail.
So beware, this company is a total scam. The rental fees are low which makes them look attractive and show up as the first result on Booking websites. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot reviews before because I see a lot of similar experiences. Think twice before you rent here.
