Item never delivered. Emails unanswered

I placed an order for some trainers on 8th April '26. Next day I received an email saying they're being repaired for shipping. Today is 16th April and I have not received the trainers. All of my emails remain unanswered. Avoid this company.

Ordering on the site was easy, I am still waiting for my order as it has only been a couple of days.
I have only given 3 stars as a subscription was set up in my name which i did not agree to and more money has been taken from my bank account which I did not authorise. I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Scam stay away from them

Scam stay away from them,
keep taking money from my account, no response to my request to unsubscription I requested last October, then November and December
also this February
I got refunded last month but they taking money from account this month again.
I feed up with them, will call in bank to block their payments

Vaccume cleaner ordered but not received.

I ordered a vaccume cleaner about a month or so ago and up until now i have not received it,i have been in touch with the team about it they keep saying that it is on it`,s way they have not given me a date that i should receive it.I was told in the beginning that i would receive it on the 07/03/2026 it did not turn up then i was told it would be with me by the 11/03/2026 and guess what it has still not turned up,so i am none the wiser as to when i am going to receive it.I took a look at some of the reviews and was not very pleased as to what some people had said such as that they were scammers and some of the goods were rubbish,so i am seriously thinking of asking them for a full refund so that i could go to a reputable dealer to buy a cleaner.They do answer my emails pretty quick,but that`s no good to me as it does`nt tell me what i need to know.I noticed every answer to peoples reviews are exactly the same, people have said that they have been having payments of£8.99 taken out of their bank accounts without their permission.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

Notifications from them in 24 hours. Yes a generic reply then nothing.
Support email does not reply. It bounced back yet again.
Unusable product and nearly £60 taken from my account without authorisation. Ongoing £ 8.99 being deducted monthly since December.
They tell you to mention Trust pilot for a quicker response. No, that’s so they can pick up the complaints quickly and remove them.
Let’s see what happens again.
Hope there’s a reply otherwise there’ll be a condemning Trustpilot review everyday !!
