Fantastic service and so speedy. Sent a label for posting, immediate acknowledgement when they received the headphones. Corresponded as I had given the wrong model so needed to make a further small payment. Think in all it was just over a week for whole experience. Grateful I never had to replace the headphones. Postage label emailed to me so I could print off and attach to the package, then just hand it in at a post office. I received updates along the way, my package had been received and they were repairing my headphones. I also got emails from royal mail to say the package was on its way back with a delivery date and time estimate. They repaired my Beats Studio 3 Midnight black headphones like new. Can't recommend enough.

I found this company online after I'd tried a DIY repair of my Beats Studio 3 headphones and they saved the day! I'd attempted a repair by pretty much hacking up and destroying my headphones to a point that I didn't think they were salvageable but for a very reasonable price I shipped them down and got them back just the following week, good as new! Thanks to Louis for the regular updates and advice via email throughout the process!

Sent my broken Beats Studio 3's in for repair after they came apart where the power switch is located. It was a quick, smooth and efficient service. I bought some replacement earphone prices for some noise cancelling headphones. Now though the headphones are not noise cancelling at all, I was unable to send them back because the headphones have been used and no other solution way supplies.

From start to finish the communication was excellent. Was going for a more expensive repair (Hinge repair as advised by amazon repair) but sent a few photos to Louis, who explained that the damage wasn't as bad as was thought (Only headband replacement required), so fantastic honesty.

Just a fantastic service from start to finish. Sent 2 pairs of beats - an old pair and a studio 3 pair. Louis was able to source the part for the out of date pair, which he advised me it could take a while for him to receive the part. Great communication! Within a matter of days, I received an email from Louis informing me both pairs were repaired and on route. a simple, uncomplicated and thoroughly great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great service and excellent craftsmanship. My Beats are as good as new.

My beats were bought for me nearly 7 years ago for a birthday so they are sentimental. The inner casing had broken. After seeing the amount of work it would take to attempt to make it right myself via youtube I didnt think it would be possible to fix. Reluctantly buying a new set of beats seemed the only plausible option because of the cost of repair until I found Fixheadphones. It's great that there are companies such as this out there fixing things that can be fixed for a reasonable fee. My beats feel brand new again even though they are nearly 7 years old. Very happy and would use fix headphones again if necessary.
