Was very very sceptical about this company first as had to pay up front but took the chance as had try to replace the battery in my headphones three times buying from Amazon every time but the batteries were not holding or taking a charge.

Must say I was very impressed as the email confirmations were spot on and even when I realised that I had put the wrong address for delivery they changed that with no trouble, the time frame given was spot on and when I got them back the were well packaged and worked fine. Wish I had gone to these in the first place and if they need repairing in the future then I will definitely get in touch

So I want to be transparent about my experience.

I had two inside cracks on my beats studios 3s and needed them replaced. I was quoted and sent my headphone's in. They returned but a month or so later they cracked again. So I sent them in again under the warranty. They fixed them again but there was a slight issue with a inside casing that was loose.

After a back and forth via email. We came to a conclusion that they needed more work. I sent them in again and it was ok, but not quite right.

This review isn’t to shame them but to highlight that they were accommodating every time and made the effort to correct the issue. They then sent them back and they were in amazing condition. Like brand new.

All in all. They are a trust company and Louis (who lm assuming is the boss) made all the necessary efforts to correct all issues. Would use them again for sure. Dex 🔥

Their integrity was demonstrated by confirming external cable problem, not internal headphone problem. A refund was duly authorized.

Through their support, headphones destined for recycling have been given a new life!

I sent my Bose headphones to have the ear pads replaced. Lewis fixed them very quickly and they look so much better now. A very smooth service and highly recommended.

I found these guys Fix Headphones.co.uk on a random search and so so glad I did, I got quoted £20 to replace the ear pads on my bose headphones once I ordered the overall cost including return post was £30, parcelled up my headphones once Friday 26th September and got them back on Wednesday 1st October looking like new, absolutely delighted with the quality of the repair & the customer service was second to none, kept informed every step of the way from the guys receiving my headphones to them being posted back. Will most definitely be using these guys again & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Had both inner arms replaced after they cracked when I dropped my beats studio 3 on the floor. The ordering process was simple and had them fixed and returned to me within 2 weeks. The repair was done to a high standard and I am happy with my purchase.

Highly Recommend - headphones sent away for headband and hinge replacement after breaking. Repaired and sent back within one day. Headphones returned looking as good as new. Kept updated when headphones were received and when they were sending them back.

Items ordered arrived very quickly. Used the firm's instruction video to change the earpads. Process set out in simple steps and very straightforward even for someone with limited experience in this sort of thing (68year old woman!). Very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Great experience!! Originally sent the wrong colour replacement ear pads for my beats this was resolved quickly as i sent the wrong ones back and was refunded the postage and then the new ones sent out. Overall great service and communication 👍🏼
