Fab service! I thought my very well loved sony wh1000-m4's were done for when the hinge broke, but I am delighted that they are now fixed after 3 years of constant wear. The repair was completed a little after seven working days, and arrived back very quickly afterwards.

10000 / 10 would reccomend!

Fantastic! One pair of Bose headphones repaired and fully working. (Shame on Bose for their appalling lack of support - they won't repair NR700 headphones and simply give you the option to buy another pair... )

BUT SaveMyDevice have sorted them out! It was simple to select the repair from the drop down lists for product/brand/issue on their website, pay and sent them off.

I was concerned I might be getting a notification to say they were unrepairable, (but even if this had been the case, the charge to cover diagnostics in event of them being unrepairable was reasonable, so was prepared to risk this outcome) but am delighted to have received a fully working, repaired pair of headphones in post yesterday. Thank you!

Leo repaired my watch and returned it very quickly. Communications via both telephone and email were prompt and very helpful. The email updates as to progress were most welcome.

After many years of service my Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds batteries wouldn't hold a charge, giving me a low battery warning after 20 minutes. Not wanting to spend for a new pair I looked at more budget models until I came across this company. Deciding to take a risk I sent them off for new batteries to be fitted. They came back promptly and are like new again. The only slight negative was I couldn't track them on their site, but this was minor and I'm really happy with the service I received.

I thought my earphones were for the bin but having found 'SaveMyDevice' online, and it being supported by positive Trustpilot reviews, I sent them off for repair. I was impressed with both the service and speed of the repair and return of the earphones. I expected to be charged additional fees but was told this was not needed. Very impressive service and I will recommend and use again!

The port on my fire stick had been ripped and become loose. I took it to them and it was fixed within a few days and as good as new.

If you have any issues with your fire stick definitely take it to them.

My Bose headphones broke but were out of warranty after just a year and when I rang Bose asking for a repair they didn’t offer repairs and wanted me to buy a new like for-like pair from them for £300! Save My Device were professional, thorough and prompt with their service. Repaired them for a quarter of the cost. I would highly recommend them.

Ring Video doorbell was not charging.
Leo was very helpful on the phone and when he received it found the problem and gave me a full summary.
He removed some small areas of corrosion, gave the inside a good clean, replaced the battery and returned it by Tracked 24, all for £57. Very pleased with the service and price, and would recommend to anyone.

Great service from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, making the whole process quick and easy. I was a bit scared sending my headphones and paying upfront at first, but they made sure everything was handled professionally and reassured me throughout. They even went the extra mile to help me out with the ear pads, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth experience I would 100% recommend!

New battery in my Garmin Forerunner 55 watch now back up to 7+ days between charges. Fantastic! Frustrating that only 4 years after purchase the "non-user-replaceable" battery only lasted for little over one day, so well pleased. My device has been saved, so also wallet and landfill! Have not yet been swimming so water resistance untested. Also GPS took a couple of walks before it picked up signal but all fine now.

Had pretty much written off these earbuds when the inbuilt battery life went off a cliff (a known issue).

Came across this service and figured it was worth trying to get them repaired.

Good price, rapid and positive response to an error I made when ordering, and a quick turnaround (a little over a week from posting the earbuds to getting them back).
