Will take your money, not ship, then ignore you
Order placed 17th August for 48 hour delivery, to this day the DPD tracking link says with seller. Multiple contact attempts always result in 'we'll check and get back to you'.
At this point, just admit you don't have it/can't fulfill the order and give me my money back.
Ridiculous.

Straight up: waiting on a delivery while a tracking link sits frozen is infuriating, and being told "we'll check and get back to you" without a real update just makes it worse. That’s bad form on our part, and I’m sorry.
Looking into order #32266, a couple of things happened here. The order came through on August 27th—just before the long August Bank Holiday weekend. Because of the bank holiday closure, DPD hit a backlog at the depot, which delayed the initial tracking scans. That’s outside our warehouse, but our support team still should have given you clear facts instead of non-committal answers.
The good news: your parcel is officially out of limbo. DPD has updated the tracking (ref: 15502909400218) and your order is scheduled for delivery today.

Great furniture
Excellent furniture! They were very clear with their communication and the packaging was very thorough. No issues when they arrived and only a few legs to attach which was easily done. Would highly recommend if you want some proper wooden pieces!

Decent quality, sketchy company background
Purchased a TV stand from them about 2 years ago. It's solid, looks great, and has lasted well so far. Delivery went smoothly, and only limited assembly (installing shelves and doors) was required.
The only thing that puts me off this brand is that they are essentially just an upmarket dropshipper. The "husband and wife team" mentioned on the about page do not, in fact, exist. This is per the owner's own admission in various industry blogs/interviews.
I wish the brand was more upfront about this. For one, I dislike the inauthenticity, and the enthusiasm to lie to customers in order to portray a certain brand image makes me trust the brand less. How can I be sure that the products are ethically sourced if you won't even tell me who owns the company?

Reading that we’re a fictional front created by an "upmarket dropshipper" was a bit surreal, but I want to set the record straight directly. Fishe & Lilly isn't a marketing gimmick—it’s what my wife and I call each other. We are a real UK-based husband-and-wife team, we own and run this business, and every piece of furniture we sell is built through close, direct relationships with our manufacturing partners, not pulled off a dropshipping catalog.
I’m genuinely baffled (and a bit curious) about which blog or interview claimed we were fictional, because it certainly didn't come from me. We pride ourselves on complete transparency, ethical sourcing, and building solid furniture for real homes.

Excellent narrow bedside tables
We're very happy with our new bedside tables which are stylish, well-made and, most importantly, narrow enough to fit our small space. One quibble: the items turned out to be darker than in the photographs; however this hasn't been a major issue. Finding solid furniture that actually fits a narrow space without feeling like a flimsy afterthought is half the battle, so hearing that we were the only company with the right fit is absolute music to our ears!

Pay attention with these guys and check your refunds.
I cancelled my order and they kept my money for almost a year. I had to threaten them with reporting them for fraud to get my money back and even then they didn’t return the full amount they owe me and attempted to withhold interest. Only after I have left a 1 star review they came to their senses and returned the remaining amount. However I feel like they did it because they wanted me to update the review rather than because they understood that they shouldn’t keep customers money.

I was hunting for bedside tables no more than 30cm wide which blended in with existing bedroom furniture and came across these. Solid wood, modern look and fit perfectly!! The pieces come already put together; you just have to add the feet, which is amazing, and they feel like the best quality wood out there. The delivery was super speedy. Two men brought it directly to my door. And they came super well packaged.

Lovely efficient friendly company to deal with. A lost/delayed item was the fault with the courier. A scratched item was quickly resolved by F&L.
The website accurately illustrated the console table, which although not of the top quality, does the job we required. Overall very pleased with our purchase.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had…
Probably the worst experience I’ve had with any furniture company. Ordered a table, the table was faulty. The table was picked up and instead of sending me a replacement, I was sent the exact same table. I then proceeded to contact customer care who then informed me that I wouldn’t be receiving my item for another three months.
It’s a shame because the quality of the furniture is good and I’d recommend it. The quality control and the support was what let this down.
