Delivered in time for my nephews birthday, and he loves it.

The website is easy to use and I have noticed an improvement in skill

The mat is good, we got the bigger one to accommodate a growing lad. I am disappointed with the training videos though. There are only 2 follow along videos (one beginner and one advanced). The other videos need to constantly be started by pressing continue on the phone/tablet which, in my opinion, disrupt the session and makes it really hard for a child to use on his own. I am happy with the mat but you can probably get similar at a cheaper price. In the company's shoes I would probably try to improve the videos and provide more follow along training that can just be started and followed for 10/15 minutes without the need of constant intervention to move forward.

No app for videos. Tutorials are silent, no timer on tutorials. Bought for a 7 year old who is signed for professional team- absolute nonsense product- idea is good but need serious investment in it before it’s good. Back in the carry bag after 10 minutes probably end up in the charity shop next week tbh

Easy to order and that's about it. Took my money on 30th Nov and still no mat for christmas- today being 22nd December! Recieved an Evri notification on 8th Dec to say they were expecting the parcel but it's never been updated. Contacted FTF 3 times to finally receive reply that it'll be sorted this week (after threatening this bad review) but still no progress. Now having to frantically get something else sorted before I can get a refund. Annoyed I've ordered well before December and still in this situation. Do not buy, go elsewhere for a more reliable service.

Never received the two personalized mats I ordered, no contact to suggest any delays or order cancellations, no dispatch emails, absolutely nothing!!!

Not the speediest of deliveries; it took 15 days from order to delivery. Also received this review request before goods had arrived!

The skills mat was easy to order and arrived 12 days after ordering. I love the bag it came in.
I tried to email the company on a few occasions to ask product questions and got NO reply.
I'm sure my grandson is going to love his Christmas gift.

Put the videos on YouTube or something, your website is a right pain to try and use

Still ain’t recieved my item and your asking me how did you do . I’ll give you a review when I receive it

Non delivery of item ordered on with a 3-5 day schedule, after that had pasted I tried to make contact, 2 emails and 2 web page response contacts. Suddenly on 22 got a EVRI message to say they were expecting my item. 23rd EVRI were collecting my item from a parcel shop. Then nothing. Contacted EVRI on 24th who informed me that it was being sorted at the sender depot. Frankly I now don’t trust them, I required the item for grandson birthday. And to let me down is one thing but to let my grandson down is another. I’m now waiting for a response to my request for a refund.

I cannot rate a product that I have not yet received. I did email you re delivery and have not had a response. Had you given a contact telephone number I would have rung.

I have placed an order, the name was written wrong asked if i could chnaged it immediately responding with positive feedback.
