Called the company beforehand to see how long it would take for an item to arrive, spike with Matthew he was lovely, friendly & really helpful!!
I placed my order on the Thursday expecting it to arrive Tuesday following week & arrived the next day!!
Amazing customer service & experience will defo use again!!

Called KitKing as needed shorts at very 'short' notice and very helpful customer service, went through the options available to me and delivery times etc. Enquired about quick delivery and they helped me with everything needed. Would recommend.

I placed an order for 2 adidas T-shirts on 13th of January and still have not received by Feb 25th! Had I known they didn’t have the items in stock and they had to order from adidas themselves then I would have cut out the middle man and ordered direct from adidas myself. Week after week I receive false promises of the items getting sent to me. I will never use this company again; here’s hoping I can get a refund!

Ordered a jacket for my 10 year old, its so small it fits my 6 year old. Refusing a return or replacement.

My order was lost by Royal Mail. But the customer service by The Hot Water Bottle Company was excellent. Very helpful and quickly responded to my enquiries. I am now waiting for a replacement to arrive.

Fantastic service as always from Alex and the team at KitKing, we had a super last minute request and they were able to ensure we had everything on time and fully present and correct first time. Can always be relied upon to get the job done quickly and to budget.

Would not use again ,they have not got what they are selling , you order then they out source the goods , this is not made plainly clear for the publlc to make an informed decision leading to very bad experiences .
Do your self a favour order else where if you want your goods this season.

I was successful in a competition and was lucky to win £500 which I purchased my football team a 1/4 zip top each. The communication and support was amazing and delivery was quick and precise. Appreciate the items and will be looking for further purchases in future.

Have tried ordering some jackets from a number of websites and nothing but issues found KitKing and and spoke to Matthew and can’t thank him enough for his guidance and help , have now placed another order with Matthew for some tops . Highly recommend

Responsive sales team and excellent customer service

After being let down by several companies over different orders, it was refreshing to work with KitKing. Being able to speak to someone on the phone in today’s world is rare but very much required. Matthew’s customer service was nothing but excellent and he went out of his way to not only provide recommendations but to keep me updated. Thank you, this kind of service goes a long way and as a result I will be using them going forward for all orders.
