Fabulous response to our change of mind and additional questions

We had an excellent experience booking our family ski trip through Findmytrip.uk and Kyla Brown was fantastic from start to finish.

Kyla was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They took the stress out of organising everything and helped us secure a great holiday that suited both our budget and what we were looking for as a family. Every question was answered quickly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really stood out was the personal service. It felt like dealing with someone who genuinely cared about making sure we had the right trip rather than just making a booking. The communication was excellent, the recommendations were spot on, and the whole experience was smooth and professional.

From my initial enquiry through to booking our trip, Olivia made the whole process easy. I extended our stay, added transfers and baggage and a trip and Olivia supplied me with a couple of options to tailor it just for us. Very pleased with the whole transaction and excited to begin the countdown now!

I was a little bit dubious about the company as I didn’t know a lot about the company and usually go to a mainstream. I have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Kala we had a wonderful trip to Iceland. Everything she had arranged for us went smoothly without any hitches. The Fosshotel Raudara was excellent. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was outstanding such a choice to set you up for the day. Each trip that Kala had arranged for us was awesome. Easy pickups which were on time. Highly recommend Findmytrip. Especially Kala who was very helpful and friendly 2nd

Hazel was great at looking for alternatives that suited our requirements and budget. Always responded quickly and kept me in the loop.

Got exactly what it said we would easy monthly payments with a reminder link no extra charges the hotel apartment was large, clean, and free bus into the town and back throughout the day which was brilliant as hotel up a very steep hill we have just finished paying for our 2nd holiday with this company

The patience of a saint....really helpful , as I was communicating with my brother in Australia. And the time difference was a problem. She never faulted her professionalism, and after a week of discussions on WhatsApp, got us everything we wanted. I can't thank her enough, definitely employee of the year never mind month
And as a disabled pensioner, service like this is rarely found these days

Just book a holiday to go to Krakow with the lovely Nikki . At no time did I feel rushed or hurried along . Nikki had the patience of a saint . Nothing but nothing was to much trouble . I feel if you ever get Nikki you are a lucky person . Holidays are amazing value can’t wait to go . ❤️

Just back from Prague organised by find my trip so impressed and the hotel fenix was beautiful will definitely use them again
