Shoes with missing insoles

I ordered shoes from FP.
Today they arrived with missing insoles! Now i have to pay 14€ for the return shipping.
I will never order again from FP!

We're very sorry to hear that your shoes arrived without the insoles. That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have.

Before spending money on a return, we'd really appreciate it if you could send a few photos of the shoes (showing the missing insoles) to support@fillingpieces.com. Our team will be happy to look into this for you.

Depending on the situation, we can either send you a new pair of insoles or arrange an exchange for the shoes, so hopefully you won't have to incur any unnecessary return costs.

From Loyal promotor to disappointed customer

Hi, I’m extremely disappointed to see that all my loyalty points have disappeared. I was a long-time supporter and promoter of the brand, but after this experience and my recent phone call, that has changed completely. Especially now that I was ready to start purchasing again. I would appreciate someone taking a proper look at this, as this is not how you treat loyal customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you are, and we understand that losing loyalty points can be frustrating.

We have taken another look at your account. Unfortunately, your loyalty points expired in line with the terms of our loyalty program. Before they expired, we sent reminder emails to all members to let them know their points would lapse if they were not redeemed within the validity period.

We completely understand that this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry for the disappointment. While we'd love to make an exception, we're unfortunately unable to restore expired loyalty points, as we apply the same policy consistently to all members.

We truly appreciate every customer who chooses Filling Pieces, and we hope you'll give us another opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Really bad experience with Filling…

Really bad experience with Filling Pieces.

I ordered a pair of shoes on May 9. Their website said delivery would take 2–3 working days.

After 38 days, I still had no shoes, no refund, and no real update. I had to contact them several times myself just to find out what was happening.

They ignored my first email, later said the shoes were out of stock, then failed to reply again when I asked for another size. They also promised to get back to me on June 17, but never did.

What makes it even worse is that the shoes were still showing as available on their website while they told me they were out of stock.

In the end, after more than five weeks of waiting and chasing them, they offered me either another model or a refund, plus €40 store credit.

I have now asked for my money back. Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. They took my money, did not deliver, and only reacted when I kept pushing.

Unfortunately, due to an inventory discrepancy, the item you ordered was no longer available despite still appearing as in stock on our website. We recognize that this situation, combined with the delays in our communication, did not meet the level of service you rightfully expected from us.

We apologize for the extended waiting time and for not providing timely updates throughout the process. We understand how disappointing it is to wait for an order only to learn that it cannot be fulfilled.

As soon as we confirmed the issue, we offered alternative options, including a different model or a full refund, as well as store credit as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that you have chosen a refund, and we are sorry that we were unable to provide the experience you deserved.

Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve, particularly regarding stock accuracy and communication with our customers.

Outstanding shoes, great quality and modern designs

The shoes are great. They always fits like a glove. I bought more than 15 pairs. They are elegant under a suit for smart business events.
They give me excellent support for my lower back when I have to stand and walk a lot.
The quality is outstanding and they are handmade in Portugal.
