I ordered two pairs of loafers two months ago. They said they lost the shipment the first time around and the second time around they said that they delivered the shoes. I never got them and now I have to keep sending emails. No response.

Worse company ever. Sent wrong item, said I could pay $50 shipping to return to Australia, then get refund. Losing money. Shameful company.

Geen fijne ervaring met retourneren van mijn aankoop. Ik heb een mail ontvangen op 23 januari dat mijn retour goed ontvangen is. In het retourbeleid spreken ze van terugbetaling binnen 10 werkdagen. Helaas op 10 februari nog steeds geen terugbetaling van mijn retourzending ontvangen!

Habe 3 Paar Schuhe im Online Shop bestellt und bezahlt. 1 Paar habe ich behalten und 2 Paar zurückgeschickt (gegen Porto). Für ein Paar bekam ich eine Gutschrift. Auf Nachfrage, was mit der zweiten Gutschrift ist, erhielt ich nach Tagen die Antwort, dass die Schuhe gebraucht und in schlechtem Zustand zurückgeschickt wurden. Ich hatte die Schuhe aber nie an und zur Anprobe nur einen und das im Haus!!! Bin fassungslos. Einmal und nie wieder!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Mercer Rowe. The did not fit. They were the correct number size but I could not get my broad feet into them.
They insisted I send photos of the shoes and the package label which included the PO Box in Victoria of the sender.
I dispatched them to that address and emailed them.
Then I recieved an email saying I needed to get them back and send them to China. [difficult as I no longer have the shoes] Also I checked and the china postage would about 40 dollars. They of course no this and you are offered a 20% refund.
The business model is, If there is problem , make a refund economically impossible forcing the customer to take 20%. I have lodged a consumer complaint. I notice that numerous similar have been lodged in the past month.

shoes fell apart after wearing them 4 times no refund or returns terrible customer service this company pretends to be Australian, but they are run from China time to go back to shopping in store where you can take something back and get a refund.

Awful awful dreadful business whose products in no way match their advertising and then provides an impossible return policy via China
I STRONGLY recommend that everyone avoids buying anything from Rowe and Mercer

Absolument ravi de ce modèle. Je ne connaissais pas la marque je suis allée au feeling. C'est une dinguerie, j'adore ce modèle très confortable. Tres stylé à l'intérieur. Première de propreté enfourrure. Je l'ai commandé sur le site Lili sur la toile. Site tres très tres sérieux. Je recommande cette marque et ce site. Trop contente de mon achat

Then they Refused replacement or refund, unless I returned it at my expense to Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
I only bought the items as their
shop front shows NSW, Australia.
Yet items shipped from China, and they 'MAY' issue refund once item is returned.
Very poor quality.
Deceptive business practices.
I have eported their business practices.

De sneakers zitten enorm goed, echter na 1x dragen slijt de gouden coating van de schoenen al af. Ondertussen na 5-tal keer dragen lijkt het of ik ze al super lang draag omdat ze er versleten beginnen uit te zien. Jammer want kosten genoeg geld.

The Next-Gen Re-Run sneakers literally fell apart after 2 months of gentle use (worn 3-4 times per week, in dry weather, to go to an office type environment). Multiple stitches are already undone, creating small holes, the laces look a million years old, and the sneakers altogether look like I've run 10 marathons with them. Extremely disappointed since I purchased the sneakers at the high price of 160€ on Mercer's sustainability claims. There's nothing sustainable about a pair of shoes you need to replace within 3 months.

Mooie Re Run sneakers gekocht met gouden coating, alleen laat de coating al na 2x dragen los. Heel jammer, want heb al veel complimenten over de schoenen gehad. Voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald verwacht je toch wel topkwaliteit.

Mooie schoenen, goed verpakt en snel verzonden.
Helaas voor mij te breed bij de enkel

No one has responded. Their customer services seems non-existent. Is this professional?
