The company never accepts returns or warranty claims, blaming the customer.t recommend this brand.
I do not recommend this brand.
The leather on the tongue of the shoes wore off very quickly – when I filed a complaint, the response was that I “hold the tongue when putting the shoes on,” which is simply not true. And even if it were, what else am I supposed to hold? My second complaint was about a seam ripping, and the reply was that I “pull the heel tab too hard.” The company rejects all complaints and always blames the customer. The shoes are very delicate, poor quality, and practically come with no warranty. Definitely not worth it.
