I bought 2 REVITRAINE PREMIUM, and 1 VOLUME and I got this as part of a promotion as i got a REVITRAINE HA20 skin booster included with them but i did not put the code in to get it when i bought them so i contacted them and they let me pay the postage and i still got it which was extremely kind of them! I got 3 boxes and I found them easy to push out and a good viscosity and they molded easily. I like the way the REVITRAINE HA20 refreshed my skin and felt very cooling and soft to touch, so overall a great purchase and i will be buying again as i have always had a Great Experience with FILLER DIRECT! I do think it is the BEST IN THE UK to buy your goodies and will always help you with all your needs and questions xxx HAPPY SHOPPING XXX

Terrible company, wouldn't book me on another course because of negative feedback and terrible training the first time I booked. Told me I could rebook when they bring the training out this year only to be told when booking they are refunding me and will not book me on the course. They said I was abusive when complaining about the course and the trainer lied and said I was abusive to him because I complained to filler direct about the lack of information on the course and incorrect injection points trained. Absolute cowboys.

Myself and my partner done a course with them and the trainer was extremely incompetent. We complained about the service and by doing so we have been barred from booking any future courses. However, we were still able to process an order for filler without any issues. Absolutely disgraceful service, unprofessional and incompetent!! avoid at all costs, unless of course you would like a course that will in future be detrimental to your career as it hasn't been taught correctly. Remember guys some of us have an NMC pin number to think about too

Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. You don’t receive your order next working day, in fact you receive it 5 days later and upon trying to resolve it, customer service skills are non existent. I requested just a refund of the delivery charge since I did not receive next working day and they hands down refused so instead I’m having to return the order where they will have to refund the full amount. They’re not interested and do absolutely nothing to resolve your issue or retain you as a customer, instead tell you that you should have assumed to check social media as they posted that they were closed, although they failed to update their website with this during the checkout process. As long as they get your money they don’t care. Shocking, AVOID!

Absolutely amazing service from this company. I ordered this on the Sunday of a bank holiday and it arrived on Monday morning. That’s incredible service. They also have multiple updates through each stage of the order/delivery. Price is cheaper than anywhere else I’ve seen. Highly recommend these for cosmetic/fillers etc.

Where do I start! What a fantastic company to buy products from. My items arrived nice and neatly packed with some goodies in it. All products were thoughtfully packed and in tact. I normally get boxed items crushed in transit so this was very important for me as it’s not appropriate presenting crushed boxes to customers. So thank you so much for the thought. The customer services has been outstanding above and beyond my expectations. You certainly don’t get that with company’s anymore. What a great and pleasant experience. Delivery arrived super fast. Honestly I have never had a problem with Filler direct. If i have had an issue.. i can promise you.. this was an issue on my end, never been them. I can hands down say they go above and beyond and extremely reliable. Fast postage and fab customer service if you need to ring them. Extremely pleased every time i use them. Cannot imagine using another supplier. Prices are reasonable too and again I ordered on sunday because i forgot I needed some stock and Guess what!? its coming Today (monday). 100% recommended.
