I was sent x1 profhilo short, I have messaged filler direct, I have sent 3 emails and left a voicemail, all have been ignored. The contact number goes straight to voicemail.

First time ordering from this company and unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I ordered two boxes container x5 each of Lemon Bottle, when I received them, one box had a clearly lifted/voided seal and the second appeared tampered with. The void was clearly displayed on both boxes.

I contacted the company immediately. They initially said this could only happen due to heat. Baring in mind Lemon Bottle should be stored in a cool, dark place between 2–25°C, so I raised concerns that the products may have been exposed to unsuitable temperatures and that this could affect product quality and given it was next day delivery so these clearly were shipped VOID like this rather than being disposed.

They asked me to return the products at my own expense. I explained that this was not a change of mind return and that, as the issue was with the condition of the products I received, they should provide a prepaid return label. I was happy to return them for a full refund or accept properly sealed replacements which did not display they needed to be voided.

Despite several messages and providing photos showing the issue with the void seals, they stopped responding altogether but kept my money, all in all unprofessional service.

I was left with products I was not happy or comfortable using, no replacement, no refund and no prepaid return label, while the company had already taken my money and decided to ignore the issue and concerns raised.

Very poor customer service, especially for a first time customer. I would not order from this company again and have no option but to contact my bank. As a company if you are selling injectables and cosmetic products you should know better, rather than disposing void injectables they ship it to customers hoping it will be accepted!

I thought I messed up my order and called to cancel, they did this instantly without question. Turns out cancelling the order was a mistake, I misread the price so I called them again; long story short, they were so helpful, understanding and just excellent. I recommend this company to all. I'd like to thank Adriana in the customer services part. She helped delivery of products i ordered on the 19th and meant to receive on the 20th. I was expecting a client on the morning of the 21st. I didn't receive the product on the 20th so contacted customer services.The delivery was delayed because i hadn't send my aesthetic training certificate for my first order with this company. So eventually i sent it. Adriana helped approving it and helped my delivery to happen on time . I received the product before 10 am on the 21st. Thank you very much Adriana and Filler direct team.
