I was extremely disappointed with…
I was extremely disappointed with this company from start to finish.
Communication was consistently poor throughout the entire process. The app was clunky and difficult to use, and whenever I sent a message through it, I received an "out of office" response even during normal working hours. My messages often went unanswered.
I was also asked to resend my ID documents despite having submitted them six weeks earlier. Whenever I requested a callback, it rarely happened.
As a first-time buyer, I felt completely in the dark from beginning to end. Very little information was provided, and the overall service felt disorganised and unprofessional. Whenever I asked questions, I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance or asking something unreasonable, which left me feeling unsupported at a time when I needed guidance.
The poor communication didn't just affect me, my estate agent was extremely frustrated with the company, and this in turn caused unnecessary frustration for the vendor. The entire experience left me feeling out of control and alone during what should have been an exciting milestone.
Buying your first home is stressful enough without having to chase for updates and basic communication. I would never use this company again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else based on my experience.

Fidler and Pepper handled both the sale of my own house and the property we purchased. Ross and Amber were excellent throughout the whole process and super quick to respond to any queries that we had. The DOT team were also great, and got everything in place for our completion date. I can highly recommend this company.

Exceptional service
If I could give more than 5 stars for Sam and Pheobe at Fidler and Pepper I definitely would. The time and patience they showed me as a first time buyer was exceptional. Nothing I asked was ever a bother and was answered promptly.
As all correspondence was handled via the message portal I was worried I would be neglected most definitely not the case.
Absolutely delighted that today is my completion day and now thanks to all the help from Sam and Pheobe I now have my house.

A Professional Conveyancing Service you can trust
Although most of the process of Conveyancing is done online these days, when I did need to converse with a person, it was simple and I gained the information I needed easily. I felt that Amber and the Team were on hand and dealt with my house purchase efficiently and courteously. I would have no hesitation in using them again if the need was to arise.
