Still waiting for two sets of the kpop dolls ordered on 7th December and have sent numerous emails only to be told sorry for the delay. I have just received an email to say sorry once again and they are getting in touch with the logistics team to see why there is a delay. I’ve told them if they haven’t arrived in two days time( by the 24th December) I shall be requesting a refund. So not holding out much hope now.

I have just had the above order delivered by Yodel this afternoon.so it took 16 days to arrive.

I wish I could have read the reviews before ordering from this site. No info whatsoever on estimated delivery dates, very late shipping. I only ordered because it is a UK website, but they seem to sell on order, I don't think they have any stock or actual storage. I ordered a toy on the 14th to have it before Christmas. No info, no update, nothing until I emailed them. So frustrated I am not going to have the gift on time. Such a fraud!! This business should not keep existing!

Absolute shambles. Ordered 5th December, apparently posted 12th December. Still nothing. No response to emails. Avoid!

I should of read the reviews before I ordered as now I've also lost money and no item being dispatched! They aren't UK based like they falsely advertise if you read into the refund policy it says about paying to post back to California US! They don't respond to any communications through their 'gmail' account and if they do it's days to reply and it's about 3 words with no information on what you've asked and very unprofessional. I've requested a refund and now being ignored! Please do not use this company unless you want to lose money and not receive anything!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing so my fault entirely. Website states Royal Mail delivery. The wording on website makes it sounds like they are a UK company which clearly they are not. Ordered plenty of time for Christmas- still hasn't arrived. No tracking, no confirmation email. I received a generic email to state that I will receive a tracking number-- two weeks have passed, no tracking number, no dispatch email. I've requested a refund and will submit a chargeback with my bank if no refund is given. Do not use this website. You won't receive your order.

This company is an outright scam. Do not buy anything from them under any circumstances. They deliberately mislead customers and sell substandard, worthless products while taking people’s money. Their advertising is deceptive, their practices are unethical, and they should be banned from operating and advertising altogether. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to stay well away.

Don’t bother. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but just checked tracking and it looks like it’s coming from abroad and will be a further 9 days just getting to this country. Poor service.

I ordered 3 things as Christmas presents one of which was quite expensive and so far 2 weeks later nothing. After a week (website says 5 days) got a royal mail tracking number that doesn’t match anything. No response to emails. Absolute scam!!!

Finally received products absolutely appalling. Box was crushed dolls were extremely poor quality. Badly finished and very very cheap.

Ordered items on 30th November, still waiting for delivery on 12th December, emailed 3 times,have given me a Yodel tracking number,which hasn't been updated since 6th December, beginning to think I've been scammed.
Unhappy with the whole experience.

Avoid this company at all costs. My experience has been nothing short of awful. They advertise a 5-day delivery time, yet my order arrived more than two weeks late, after constant chasing and vague, unhelpful responses from customer service.

When the parcel finally turned up, the item was damaged, adding even more frustration to an already terrible experience. Instead of taking responsibility for their delays and the condition of the goods, they insisted that I return the item at my own expense to the United States, which is completely unreasonable and shows a total disregard for customers.

The service is unreliable, the communication is slow and dismissive, and the whole process feels like they just don’t care once they have your money. Between the late delivery, the damaged product, and the outrageous return demands, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this company.

I ordered three products from this website a week ago and not received any of the products as yet.

Their website states 5 days shipping so would’ve expected to have received the goods by now.

The items I ordered arrived. The royal mail tracking provided by fidgetfreaks still doesn't appear to correspond to anything, however the items have arrived.

The item was horribly packaged it shipped in a single layer of bubble wrap and then inside a plastic shipping envelope so the box was crushed. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so it looks awful, but it's arrived none the less.

It would appear that this is a dropshipping company where its shipped to the UK warehouse, a UK shipping label is then stuck over the existing label and sent domestically.

Communication takes days, however it appears to be a genuine company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID as it’s a scam. I received no goods delivered and as others have commented emailing is a waste of time. Mine was also a gift that I’ll have to buy again. Total scam business.

I bought two fidget toys from this website and when they hadn’t arrived within the 5 days stated, I emailed them twice but had no response. They eventually arrived after 10 days which was too late as I’d bought them as birthday presents. The magic cubes are cheap imitations of the original Shashibo with noisy magnets and badly stuck on design. Disappointing.

Not genuine cubes, the magnets rattle around inside and they do not perform as a genuine cube does. They took ages to come to then find they are inferior copies. They would not offer me a refund.

Terrible service, take your money and you don’t receive the goods! Emailed numerous times and had 1reply which was basically nonsense and certainly not offering any help or solutions. Didn’t send my order and didn’t refund me just ignored my emails to them. Will never use again

Firstly these are not zuru/anstylabs fidget cubes. They are copies, inferior in build and function to the originals. They are twice the price of the Zuru/Anstylabs version as well, so a total rip off.
Add to that the company takes weeks to deliver in UK, and has terrible communication. Avoid.
