Saying as my last one got removed !!! Ordered the 3rd of December missed the cut off for Christmas which is fine. But the jumpers where ment to be posted 22nd Jan no tracking info sent. I message and have been given nothing so bank did a charge back and only after two weeks I get a message after saying the jumpers aren't coming and there a scam they tell me the jumpers are lost absolutely do not order from this company scammers !!!!

Shocking quality 1/10 even my daughter couldn't believe how bad the quality was.

I ordered 2 hoodies on the 1st December and only received them today 21st January.
I emailed 3x times and only got pathetic replies
Also had to pay customs which is not stated anywhere in their website.

I placed an order on the 4th of December for a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. It didn't come in time for Christmas, and still hasn't turned up! I emailed the company on 2 separate occasions and had no reply. I complained to my PayPal about it, they then said they were going to email the company and give them a certain amount of time to reply to resolve the matter, and guess what, they had no reply either. Thank god for PayPal though as they got my money back for me and it was put back in my bank within a few days. It was only after I had my money back that this "so called" company finally answered my email. But only to tell me, that because I have had my money back that I would have to return the hoodie to them or pay for it again, and that it was actually on its way?? Still waiting for it. I will not be paying for it and I will be returning it to them. After reading these reviews, and after speaking to a friend about something she had from them, I'm glad that I haven't received it because her items sound awful! My friend says that her daughters hoodie set came back smelling really strong of paint, very cheap, thin material hoodie set and was not worth the money at all, oh and very poor communication skills!

After ordering on the 24th november I finally recieved a tracking number on the 5th January, I waited until the 6th to track with royal mail, but royal mail saying the tracking is not recognised, after reading these reviews it seems this happens alot to her, it doesn't take royal mail 48 hours to scan a parcel in, what I strongly feel she is doing is creating labels with no intention of sending the parcels of soon, maybe a way to get customers off her back for the stupidly long waits, but I don't see how that benefits her, just makes her look like a liar, the spray clothing may be the hype now, but I assure you this woman will not have a long lasting business, not with the way she treats customers. I'm actually appalled at the service. 7th January and still no parcel after ordering 24th november, I really would not be surprised if the stuff doesn't come, which is then just a double blow to my daughter. First having to wake up christmas without her stuff to bieng promised it will be here soon, it's disgusting she should be ashamed of herself. If it doesn't come il make sure I flood this page and il have influencers share it far and wide aswell. She needs to be shut down

If I could give zero I would. I ordered 1st December. I've just been informed will arrive after Christmas. Not good when it's a Christmas present. I've now taken it up with PayPal. Do not use this company, but if you do have a moment of madness please use PayPal.

Terrible service. No communication or response to emails. 2 orders and Items not received almost month after ordering yet payment taken same day. Do not use. I wish I’d read reviews 1st! A disappointed daughter with no Christmas present and no birthday present on Christmas Eve!
Edited to add now January still not received my 2 orders from November £150 taken via PayPal and normal bank account. After i made a claim via bank within 5 minutes the company sent a Royal Mail tracking detail that doesn’t exist!!

Do not buy from this company you will be very disappointed. They do not communicate well on emails. They don’t send orders out in time for Christmas. I’ve had to wait four weeks from my order to be sent out and I’m not sure if I’m gonna get it in time for Christmas, I’m gonna have a very disappointed daughter. I wish like the rest of the people on these reviews said that they would’ve read the reviews first it’s very disappointing. Will not order ever again from here and I would recommend no one to order from here absolutely awful.

Ordered an outfit was told was getting posted the same day I email then that came and went was told was getting sent out the next day still nothing I email about 10 times was sent out to wrong address I had to go hunting for ourselves customer service is disgusting when I did get parcel was strong aroma of spray paint even without opening it I wouldn't recommend these or use them again

It was a lovely bag but the spray paint smells rlly bad and I can’t get rid of it

Was a bit concerned after reading reviews on here that the hoodies i ordered wouldnt arrived. I emailed the comany stating i needed them for a certain date and they arrived yesterday in plenty of time. Took less than 2 weeks to arrive. Very pleased with them

Waste of money don’t waste your money they need to be reported not accepting return or refund who ever I know I tell them save your money

Terrible company waited 5 weeks for delivery so missed my granddaughters birthday even after chasing several times.
Unfortunately the T shirt and the shorts were 2 different colours!
Asked if I could send back the shorts to be exchanged and reply was a very abrupt NO.
Asked if any chance of a refund and reply was NO
Wish I had read all the reviews before placing this order and would defo not recommend this company.

Not even worthy of 1 star. Ordered a hoodie on the 29th March, took 5 weeks to be delivered and then the delivery was returned to sender because I wasn’t at home at the time of delivery. No text to say delivery had been attempted or to arrange an alternative delivery date. Requested a refund for weeks before they agreed to it. They refused to refund the €18 delivery charge. Avoid this scammers at all costs

Absolutely nightmare of a company. It's been 21 days and nothing. My daughter is so disappointed with waiting over a month for a tracksuit. I am going to my bank to get a refund as I know contacting little footprints is a waste of time. Never again will I waste my time and money on this company.

Not really worth the 1 star but had to input at least 1! Terrible just terrible, waited well over the stated 14 - 21 business days. When you chase order / delivery your met with snotty reply. When eventually you do get email to say it's on way tracking number is invalid, I queried this, little footprints insisted its correct and will update in 24 hrs. 🤔 6 days later it's still the same, took up with royal mail who advised tracking number is not even a valid tracking number. When taking this up with little footprints all of a sudden they go quite, no reply after numerous attempts, says it all really! Nearly 2 months on still no order, no response in regards to tracking. Card issuer clawed payment back, 1 very disappointed child.
Ordered end feb now end April, ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

Terrible service. No tracking information provided 4 weeks in. I then made a claim for the money back via my bank which I received. I then got a snotty email off Ella wickes advising these bad review are all just moaners who are just not happy because they didn't get what they want. I made her aware that when people order and don't receive what they want, then their complaints are entirely justified. I got a second email telling me I have to contact the bank and reverse the refund which I declined to do and advised them to cancel my order

Placed my first order 22 January & chased 31st January as it was for my daughters birthday to be told by Ella Wickes the order is still within a 14-21 working day frame. She could not give me an exact dispatch date but I had till 19 February for order to dispatch. I was then told on 17th February would be dispatched this week and I would receive dispatch details. Still nothing and I have now emailed for a refund, very disappointing!!
Do not order with this company!!

Hoody arrived unwearable. Stinking of paint and not fit for purpose.
There is no return address on the website and no one has replied to my request for a refund via their contact page.
Very disappointed. Would avoid at all costs.

Ordered 1st November, had to chase them up about delivery. Tracking never worked. When received one item was totally not what I ordered.
They asked me to return them and they would send out the correct item. I had to pay to return them, send them the receipt and they would refund me for the postage, it was there mistake after all!! Still waiting for the money for the postage. Also had to keep chasing them about the correct item, which eventually did turn up. Not impressed with this company and won't use again. There mistake and I'm out of pocket!!

Ordered early November and was guaranteed delivery in time for xmas by owner. Still waiting on delivery and christmas has been and gone. Don't order unless you want to be disappointed
