Needoh arrived today and is a fake, do not waste your money.

The items never came and were never dispatched. They kept saying that the logistics company hadn’t updated their website. But in fact they hadn’t dispatched the items.

Like others have mentioned before me.. I should have read reviews. I ordered NeeDoh cube and definitely not genuine product. It was squashed into a small box and is still the same squashed shape it was hours ago. Need reporting to trading standards. Awful

I would give them 0 stars if I could Don't waste your money.nothing turns up it's been weeks still not sent to carrier.

Fake needohs. Complete scam. Split within first hour. Disgrace. Don't use.

They sell fake Nee Dohs! Don’t bother buying from them. A complete rip off.

Fake products. If you even receive them. How is this website allowed to be listed on Google? Madness. And such a shame, my kids birthday was incomplete due to this. Horrdenous.

Do not order from this company, do not trust them. I have not received my £50 order. No customer service, that replies anyway! Like other reviews say, you will loose your money. I normally look up companies on trust pilot, the one time I didn't and this happens. Lesson learnt. Be very careful folks!

Total scammers, pretending they have sent but nothing after nearly a month. Asked for refund and been refused. If you want to throw money down the drain then use these. Reported to my bank hoping for a refund from them.

Sold me counterfeit goods , ordered 5 needohs for my children cost £70 emailed them afterwards asking if they were genuine still awaiting a reply after 2 weeks they have just arrived and are cheap imitations , don’t be fooled

This company are not in the UK. DO NOT ORDER. I very stupidly paid double the price for some nee doh squishies and they are all fake. So angry.
Update - i managed to make contact with them and they have given me a full refund. They say this was because of an issue with their supplier and that they really are a genuine seller of needohs. So now I don't know what to think!

Arrrgh if only I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered item for my child's birthday. Their shipping page says they ship with Royal Mail but I got contacted by Evri to say they were the nominated courier but were expecting parcel from Fidget Club. It is now almost 2 weeks later and Evri still haven't received anything so can't send to me. I have emailed Fidget Club twice and they have replied but been very vague about despatching. I really hope the item arrives but now worried about the quality after reading reviews. DO AVOID!

Absolutely disgusting, had something ordered and was only given 24 hours to collect from impost! When I emailed to give them my new address I was told they would resend it out. This has been since February and I am now being ignored! Stay far away from this company as they will just take your money!!!

Delivery took 2 weeks and the product looks nothing like the image, awful quality with marks all over it. Genuinely disgraceful product to send out to a customer. AVOID!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! RUBBISH! My 4year old asked me everyday for 3 weeks (that’s how long it took to arrive) if her Rumi sword has arrived. When it did she was so excited, she put on her Rumi outfit and purple hair and swung the sword into the air (not even hitting anything) and it just broke into 3 pieces - mid air. She is still so upset. It cost me £19.99, this is the worst purchase of my 42 year old life. I feel robbed. I tried to stick it back together but as I did the other areas just broke into pieces. It is very cheaply made, 3D printed. SHAME on FIDGETCLUB for causing so much stress to sweet a 4year old girl! They would’ve known it would break straight away.

I ordered from these guys and after looking at the reviews, I immediately regretted it. I waited a week, like others, nothing. I emailed them, they did get back to me with an Evri tracking number.

It took 15 days, the order came as expected. However, the reason for the 3* is the false delivery expectations on their site. They mention Royal Mail, it came through Evri and was not in the 3-5 working days as expected.
