Hi Dale, thank you for being so honest with us. We’re glad you liked the product, but we are truly sorry that our ordering and returns process felt like a hurdle. We know how frustrating it is to realise a mistake was made after hitting 'order.' While our current system requires a return and a new purchase rather than a direct exchange, we’re soon introducing a new returns portal specifically designed to offer a more cost-effective way to handle returns. Please bear with us and we hope you'll consider Durango again in the future.

I was unsure about their boot sizing due to my shorter leg calf size and wide feet so i contacted Durango's customer service and they replied a couple of days later with advice to which boot options would fit best.
They were friendly and informative and their delivery is quick i ordered my boots near Christmas and wasn't sure they'd arrive till after the holidays but nope they arrived just before Christmas

Widen the ankles for perfection
Beautiful and comfortable although I do feel lucky in that the width of one boot around my ankle is tighter than the other. This is down to my body though as one ankle is bigger than the other. Although bigger, I'm not over weight. I'm a size 12/14. Therefore, not sure if I would purchase again based on compared with cost. Please widen the ankles. :)
I chose to go for my true size.

Attenzione : fare un reso in UK è impossibile
Ho ricevuto degli stivali di almeno 2 taglie più grandi e per quanto il reso venga definito "super easy" in realtà spedire un pacco in UK è complicatissimo ed il supporto dell'azienda è inesistente. Il mio pacco è da una settimana in dogana in UK, il corriere UPS ha mandato una mail a Durango per chiedere conferma che si tratti in effetti di un reso, ma Durango dice di non aver mai ricevuto nulla ed alla mia richiesta di ricevere la fattura (che non era allegata al pacco ricevuto) non mi risponde da 2 giorni. Sto sollecitando in continuazione ma nessuno risponde più. Sconsiglio caldamente acquisti dal Regno Unito se c'è la possibilità di dover rendere la merce, sconsiglio ancora di più se poi viene anche a mancare il supporto da parte del venditore come avviene nel caso di Durango Boots.
